Enjoy being 1 block to the serene Brigantine beach in a newly renovated 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath Townhome with 3 floors of ideal living for the entire family. Top floor open living with kitchen, living room & balcony. All NEW appliances, granite countertops, and washer/dryer. Kitchen is stocked with kitchenware for your needs and includes a large pantry. Each bedroom has smart tv's along with their own bathroom/shower. Enjoy new mattresses, bedding and large closets in every bedroom. Primary Bedroom has balcony with seating to relax in the morning or at night. There are two outside parking spaces. The garage is for storage of all your beach needs plus whatever else you'd like to bring (bikes, golf clubs, etc.). Come experience Brigantine's beauty with its uncrowded beaches, variety of restaurants, nearby Atlantic City and nature surrounding this unique island. Beach chairs & 6 beach tags included. All bed linens and bath towels are provided unless you prefer to bring your own. We welcome pets (1 dog only) There is a $200 pet fee to add when booking your reservation.

A wonderful home with wonderful hosts. The house is very well stocked and very clean. I was able to bring my dog for the week and he had a great time too. Dawn was an amazing host.

We had a wonderful stay at this shore house! The home was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing trip. The house itself was beautifully maintained, nicely decorated, and just a short block from the beach—such a perfect location! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Brigantine

Overall, the experience was a positive one for all and we would consider rebooking. The property is conveniently located to the beach, as well for food shopping, CVS, etc. The six beach passes were an adequate number for our group. The property is clean and the appliances new. Parking can only hold one SUV, otherwise parking is available on the street. The three-level design can be a challenge for seniors and infants/toddlers.

Brigatine beach

First time at this home although we’ve been going to brigatine for years. Super close to the beach and the pet friendly was a huge plus! The house is bigger than it looks and updated very nice. 3 bed 3 1/2 bath was perfect. They also supply pretty much everything. Close to beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Perfect space for our group!

Dawn was great at communicating and the house was as described! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and home was very clean! All we could have asked for! Thank you for host our girlfriends, and daughters weekend!

Perfect location and beautiful home!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very roomy perfect views of the ocean and only a block away! The hosts were very accommodating And friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back every year!!

A lovely and comfortable find

House was updated and clean with all the amenities we needed for a long weekend getaway. Beds were comfy and showers were nice. The kitchen and living room were great spaces for us to spend time together and the bedrooms offered privacy and comfort. Not too far from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, amazing hosts.

This house had no prior reviews so other than the pictures, we had nothing to go on. The number of bathrooms and bedrooms was exactly what we needed so we booked it. Right from the start, Dawn was in regular contact, apprising us of what amenities the house had so we could plan. She was very prompt in response to all of my questions throughout our stay. The house is exactly as described, very clean, beautifully decorated, and a very short walk to the beach! Dawn and Pete provided absolutely everything you need for the beach: beach chairs, beach tags, a wagon, cooler, umbrella! In the kitchen, we were greeted with a welcome basket, local menus, things to do, and the kitchen came stocked with coffee pods, garbage bags, detergent, all the little things I wouldn’t have thought to bring from home! Each bathroom had a hairdryer and toilet paper, as well as a few items ‘incase you forgot’ type of things- q-tips, bandaids, etc. we had an absolutely wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

My family fell in love with Brigantine when visiting & we ended up moving here to enjoy it year-round. We are an active family who loves to run, bike and fish which Brigantine is perfect for but the best part is the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on this gem of an island.

Great location with just 1 block to the beach and great, friendly neighborhood. You'll love the 3 floors to be together or to enjoy your own personal space. The two balconies are just wonderful to relax and see the great views of the ocean or the Atlantic City skyline. There is lots to do including a weekly Farmers Market right around the corner every Saturday morning June, July and August.
