Beach Block - Modern 3BR / 2Ba Family Friendly Home

Esta es una fantástica casa de playa que recientemente renovamos y actualizamos con camas nuevas, muebles y decoración moderna de playa. Hay 3 dormitorios, 2 baños con una pequeña vista al mar: ¡abra la puerta corredera de la cocina para escuchar las olas o caminar a la playa en 30 segundos!

Interior: aire central, lavadora / secadora, cocina completamente equipada, 5 camas nuevas, muebles nuevos y decoración de playa. Televisores, cable, wifi, reproductor de BluRay, Xbox con juegos, juegos de mesa y libros para los desafortunados días lluviosos. Ropa de cama y toallas.

Al aire libre: sillas de patio y mesa con sombrilla, parrilla, refrigeradores, cornhole. Ducha exterior para lavar después de la playa. Estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública para 5 autos.

Playa: acceso a la playa de Oceanside al final de la calle. Se proporcionan toallas, sillas, sombrillas y 8 etiquetas de playa.

BONUS Rec Room: también tiene acceso a nuestra sala de recreación independiente (anteriormente un garaje). Incluye un bar con 3 taburetes, una mesa de air hockey, un sofá y un baño. Perfecto para que los niños mayores disfruten tarde en la noche mientras los padres duermen en la casa.

Nuestra casa es toda una historia y solo hay 4 pasos (solo para entrar a la casa). Perfecto para niños pequeños y cualquier persona que tenga problemas con las escaleras.

¡Brigantine es una ciudad familiar muy tranquila, acogedora y relajante que disfrutará durante todo el año! A pocos minutos hay restaurantes, supermercados, heladerías, parques infantiles, campos de golf, pesca, etc. ¡Atlantic City está a solo 10 minutos en automóvil / taxi / Uber / Lyft y ofrece infinitas opciones de vida diurna y nocturna!

Este es un alquiler de vacaciones ideal para familias de todas las edades y tamaños, así como escapadas relajantes para parejas. No alquilamos a despedidas de soltero / soltera o después de graduaciones.

Brigantine Beach Getaway

Chip and Sara’s property was perfect for our family’s weeklong beach vacation (3 adults and 2 children).The property is clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. It’s also in a great location, just a few houses from the beach. It’s in a nice, quiet part of the island, but is close enough to anything you could need. We enjoyed the Pirate’s Den and Crab Shack, and we couldn’t have asked for a better week of weather. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great beach house

This house is very nicely decorated and well maintained. It took less than a minute to walk to the beach which is super convenient with little kids. The Brigantine Community School grounds are a short walk away and offer 3 playgrounds, a field with a track for walking, and basketball and 4 square courts. Such a nice, quiet and safe community for a family vacation if you don’t want/need the hustle of a boardwalk and all the typical beach shops. The homeowner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and offered use of all the beach equipment. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house.

Relaxing time

The property is just perfect for me, my family and my friends. We were 2 couples with 4 kids total and we had a wonderful time together. The layout is perfect with plenty of common spaces. And the beach is just a short walk away! We relaxed and had a lot of fun in this quiet neighborhood. Just what we were looking for!

BEACH VACATION WITH ROOMMATES FROM COLLEGE

We had a wonderful time. The location and property were perfect. Our only suggestion is that in the booking process it should be clear that sheets need to be Washed/Dryed before leaving the property. We would have brought our own, we had to wait around before departing, which was not convenient since we all had to be on the road at a certain time.

The house was adorable! Completely equipped with everything you could possibly need, which not only made vacay so enjoyable but also the packing and unpacking process at home since I didn’t have to think of anything I might need for a family of 5. Location can’t be beat. Thank you, thank you!

Great location!

The unit was beautifully decorated and well equipped for comfortable living. Would have liked a TV in the master bedroom, but definitely not a necessity. The location to beach access was excellent! Was not aware there was an upstairs tenant who liked to vacuum at 7 a.m. when booking this unit. Overall, a lovely rental.

Charming Home Half Block to Beach

Whole family had a great time being so close to the beach. This house had everything we needed and because of blackout drapes in the bedrooms, our sons said they slept better than they had in years!

Great Property - Highly Recommended

Property is barely a block away from the beach. Quick access to all downtown stores and restaurants. Spacious rooms, and well stocked kitchen. Off street parking for multiple cars. Will definitely consider returning.

Great location to beach goers!

We had a great two weeks. We had a mishap the first night we got there, the dishwasher died! Chip was quick to find a repairman and try to get it fixed, it ended up a full replacement which Chip concluded within a week! Great help! Beside that we enjoyed the house with the tow bedrooms for the kids and the master bedroom for us with its own bathroom. The caveat is the heat pump of the house above which happens to be right above the master bedroom and it generate quite a bit of noise... We enjoyed the bar stool in the kitchen while preparing the dinner with a glass of wine! The garage was helpful to store our bikes not much more beside that, hot and dark so the kids didn't use it as planned. The kitchen was stocked enough for us 5 with dishes and glasses. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and also the basketball court at the school nearby. Beautiful and relaxing vacations! ( beside the green flies on the beach) Thank you Chip for your quick response to our little issue and providing us with a comfortable house. Andre & family

We loved this rental!! Just steps away from the beach and bus route, so simple to get over to AC for shopping and no worries about parking!! I would like to add that this house does have both a regular coffee maker and a single serve (Keurig) coffee maker, for those of you who need a caffeine fix, you have options! Chip was super easy to talk to and responds very quickly - so nice to be able to get answers to questions quickly! You will be hard pressed to find a place so close to the beach, and so spacious and accommodating. Five stars is just not high enough for the rental or overall experience.

Great house near the beach

We had a great vacation in Brigantine and truly enjoyed this beautiful home. The house was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked, bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The beach is a very short walk away and the house had games and activities for rainy nights. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions. If we return to Brigantine we would love to stay here again!

You get exactly what is being presented.

Great place, beautiful home, close to beach, all the extras you could hope for, making what you ned to bring minimul. Clean and comfortable. The only negative would be the flies. They are unbelievable. Sitting out back was impossible, and if you left any door open for more than a few seconds you could expet a housefull. And still, I would be happy to stay here again next year, becuase everthing else was such a positive.

Clean modern home away from home seconds from the beach!

There was nothing missing from this house and seconds from the beach! The owners even provide linens, laundry and dish detergent, garbage bags and tissues. I am so used to bringing all of this stuff but it was all there! We had an almost 2 year old with us, and a 5 and 6 year old. Very kid friendly, very few steps to get in. I felt very cozy and so close to all of our favorite places yet with a more quiet beach area. Would definitely book again! Thanks Chip!

Great summer rental close to the beach

This house was great! It had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The decor is modern , perfect for the beach. The north beach of Brigantine was SO peaceful and for three miles north is just a nature preserve on one side and Atlantic ocean on the other - we had many beautiful walks but a lifeguard was at the near end when we wanted to swim. Pirates Cove is a diner a few blocks up and the rest of the restaurants, stores and ice cream spots about a half mile south.

My wife and I grew up in Bucks County, PA. We both went to Archbishop Wood High School and Penn State University. We currently live and work in Center City Philadelphia. We have additional family in Brigantine so we're in town on a regular basis.

We bought this place with the primary goal of turning it into the beach rentals we knew as kids. We each would spend a week at the shore with our families once a summer and made life long memories there. We currently spend our summers in Brigantine and just grew to love the little shore town. We're hoping you can enjoy Brigantine and our house in the same ways we have.
