Overall, the room was OK, but not what I expected for the price. No coffee maker, very crowded as the furniture was very large for the room. No place to put your luggage. Simon was very nice and helped us when we had trouble and wanted to get in early and were accommodated. Would probably not go back but if you're looking for a place to stay for a night or two and will be out of the room for most of that time. It's not too bad.

Laudry area in space was available but not used. The cottage was really nice and great for 2 people. However I was a solo traveler. It was perfect and I felt very secure being alone.

Review

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We was able to use grill and walk to grocery store and other restaurants. My only issue is it was a termite nest on ceiling above the bed. It was small holes that was leaving what looked like sand on bed until I swiped it and bugs fell on bed. I did cover holes with my wife bobbie tape so no bugs could fall on us. Other than that perfect stay.

Was a perfect place for us

we organized an event at esplanade park and used the kitchen to make food for the workers! Loved the property and want to rent all 3 units next year.

Great stay!

We had a hiccup and couldn’t get there for both days but I really liked this stay! My husband did too. Clean had everything we needed and a nice outdoor area that was private. Parked right in front easy to get your luggage in . We are in our 60s and was very accessible. Nice shower too.Close enough to the beach ….

Pros: - modern and clean unit - the unit was as advertised - easy parking and entry Cons: - didn't get a response from the owner about using the bikes - there was a coffee maker, but no coffee - was not able to park or check in until 4:35pm because the unit was still being cleaned

Lovely little studio apartment

My wife and I stayed at this lovely little studio apartment for a two day get-a-way in Ft Lauderdale. I have to say it was everything I hoped and more. The room was spotless and very comfortable with all the amenities that you need. The only complaint would be the difficulty in backing out onto the busy street when going anywhere. It’s not the fault of the owner, as all of the homes in the area have drives with blackout on the road lots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Simon was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than expected and he let us get in a little early. Thank you!

One night before exploring The Florida Keys

We have stayed in rentals on 6 continents and appreciate a good stay! The stay was perfect! Easy to access and decorated to a T! Full size appliances would be great for longer stays. Bed comfy. Outdoor patio are super nice. We will be back!

Great place for our before cruise days!

My friend and I wanted to place to rest and refresh from the jet lag before our cruise so spent 2 nights here. Simon was great to deal with. The place is cute and clean. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with your luggage laying around because you can’t hang anything up but there are drawers It wasn’t in walking distance to things for us but everything was a short Uber ride. Loved having morning coffee on the outside patio. Having a washer and dryer came in handy. Great value. Would definitely recommend. Note- only one bike, not two like in the picture. Apparently some of the bikes were stolen.

Short visit was perfect

We loved our stay! When we arrived late at night, we got turned around and couldn’t figure out where to go. The host answered his phone at midnight and was so kind and helped us find our way. Fantastic place, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Nice, relaxing stay.

We found our lodging to be very nice. Our communications with Simon were quick, efficient, and personable. The Laguna was a perfect fit for us as we visited family.

There were a few things about the Vrbo that we weren’t aware of prior to seeing it. The washing mashing did not work and there was only 1 bike in the shed where the picture on the internet showed 2. I contacted our host and he was very accommodating and helpful and let us borrow his bike in another shed. And we were only there a few nights, so we didn’t need the washing machine so it ended up being okay for our stay. Overall we were very pleased with our host and the house was perfect for my husband and I.
