Downtown Pine Tree Paradise

Pine Tree Paradise places you right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, just a short walk from the Parkway, restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive.

The main level features a large open living, dining, and kitchen area with seating for up to 14. The living space includes a gas fireplace, 55-inch TV, and a sleeper sofa, with direct access to the deck. On either side of the main living area are two king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom featuring walk-in tile showers and their own TVs. A half bath and washer/dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Downstairs, a second open living area provides additional space to relax, complete with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Two more king bedrooms are located on this level, each with an adjoining bathroom (one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo) .

For entertainment, the lower level includes a pool table and game table, while the deck offers a hot tub accessible from multiple rooms.

For larger groups, Maple Leaf Lodge is located next door and can be booked together for additional space.
