Always fun in Gatlinburg!

The house is perfectly located in Downtown Gatlinburg. It's a two block walk to the Parkway strip, which helps save on parking costs by not driving. Upon arrival, the house was very clean and spacious. Two king bedrooms share a bathroom in the middle. The master king bedroom has its own bathroom. The third bathroom is located off of the foyer area near the air hockey table and not connected to a specific bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary pots, pans, plates, and utensils. The driveway had ample parking for a few vehicles. Checking in/out was super easy. Bears were spotted down in the Little Pigeon River while we were grilling on the patio balcony. We were not able to light the gas fireplace during our stay. This would have been helpful to balance out the heating. The central unit in the home heated the back bedrooms a little too much, and left the kitchen and living room cold. Other times when the heat was on, the unit blew cold air. This was a bit odd and difficult to find an ideal or consistent temperature. Not thge end of the world. Overall, this was a great stay!
