Family Friendly Lakefront Property on Lake Norman

If you're seeking the ultimate Lake Norman experience, then look no further. This vacation rental is located on a private street and quiet cove with something everyone in your group can enjoy. Guest can enjoy boating, floating in the no wake zone cove, fishing, amazing views from the upper dock and all other water activities. The home is close to several waterside restaurants accessible by boat or vehicle.

As you enter the door and walk through the kitchen, you will be surrounded with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the quiet cove. The home has 4 bedrooms upstairs (king master bed with ensuite bath and 2 additional bedrooms (2 queen beds, one has ensuite bath). There is an additional full bathroom upstairs as well. As you travel downstairs, there is a bunk / bonus room, washer / dryer, full bathroom, 2 game rooms and another master bedroom (king master bed with ensuite bath).

Highchair and Pack n Play are for your use.

This was by far my favorite property I’ve stayed at across all home sharing apps! So perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids (2 babies and 2 toddlers). Every amenity had been thought of inside and outside. The interior was so well taken care of and comfortable. The exterior had tons of toys, great space to relax, and easy access into the water even just to float. Every appliance or kitchen item you could need. Tons of fun games inside for kids and adults! Another great thing is there are ceiling fans and “little extras” in every room. It’s basically move-in ready :) We’re already excited to stay here again next year!

All you are looking for and then some!

This was our second year at this property and it was better than the first year. Many upgrades were added to the home that made it such a great place to stay. They are fantastic host that think of the smallest details that enhances your entire vacation experience. The fun activities provided on location will keep any active children or adults busy for the whole week or if you are looking for relaxation the great room and master bedrooms provide a feeling of warmth and calmness that can only be found near water.

This is the perfect lake house rental for our family. We had ages 11-85 and this house fit all our needs. The main floor has 4 good sized bedrooms and no steps besides 2 small ones when you walk in the front door. That and the driveway down to the lake made it great for our family with some mobility issues. For the kids and other adults, we loved the paddle boards, kayaks, jumping off the dock, and the game room in the basement. This is our second vrbo we’ve rented at Lake Norman and it was by far the best!

Amazing Place

What an amazing house. We loved everything about it. We all had space to hang out together. We loved the game room downstairs, and the kids bunk room was great. Our grandkids love to go down there and hang out and play with the toys and the train table. The adults loved the pop a short and other games. The grills were great as well and we used the Blackstone several times while there. We loved sitting down by the water and the kids loved playing in the water. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and the cove was quiet enough for kayaking. Everything was close by as well, just a few minutes from Publix and restaurants as well. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved having enough bathrooms no one had to wait to get their turn. I have been coming to Lake Norman for 4 years and this place is definitely my favorite. The house had everything we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone headed to Lake Norman.

Graduation Celebration

We had a fantastic long weekend stay with extended family to celebrate a graduation from a local college. The house met all our needs and then some. We would return if our travels ever bring us that way again.

Our stay at Im On A Cove

This is a great house. Our second year at this home. Good size bedrooms including two very large masters and large living room and kitchen. Great game room for the kids. The double decker dock is a big hit with the kids. Kayak, paddle board - lots of great amenities. We enjoyed ourselves once again.

Superb!

House is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked, clean, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. A wonderful view, when we weren’t down in the water or on the dock. House had a lot of extras…games, kayak, paddle boards , water trampoline . Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family get away

We stayed for 5 nights and it was the perfect house for a large group. We had 6 adults and 6 children’s at every age level and the property did not disappoint for things to do. We have never stayed at a property that came with so many amenities included. The actual cove the house is located on is super private and safe for children to swim without fear of boat traffic. The views from the house to the Lake are exactly as pictured. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Lake house for large family!

The house was wonderful, the setting beautiful, and the week with the family was fantastic. Well appointed spacious living at its best. The host was responsive, informative and kind. We also rented his boat and spent countless hours on the water. A fun change for those of us from Colorado.

Fabulous house

A group of ladies celebrating our 35 years of being friends stayed at the house. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was very nice. The living area was perfect for us all to sit and talk. The dining table was perfect size for dining and playing games. Tons of bathrooms The outdoor space was great and so quiet. We will return for another stay. It’s our favorite house

Family Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property for a long weekend on the lake with our family, and the house is beautiful! We also had our own rooms, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. If you’re wanting a nice, spacious, and CLEAN house on a quiet street, I’d definitely recommend this one! Our family will definitely be revisiting in the future!

Just Perfect

This is the perfect vacation get away! It accommodates everyone from the children to the grandparents! Easy access to the water even if you have trouble walking. The owners are fabulous! From the start to the end they are there if you need anything at all! The home was spotless and any appliance you could think of is in the kitchen. So many things to do just a few minutes away; from Carowinds to shopping! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Great time

A very nice house with lots of room for adults and children. The game room is great for the kids. The kids also enjoyed the second level of the dock. The welcome basket and other essentials that were provided were a very nice touch. A very nice experience and would definitely recommend this property.

Spacious, immaculate and peaceful

What a beautiful home that had everything our family needed to rest, relax and recharge. Plenty of space, games, activities and natural beauty to had for our entire family. Stores, restaurants and shops all near by. Would definitely come back. Owner was super responsive and the home was immaculate and well furnished. Would recommend every time.
