The Space:
The front door opens up into an open concept living/dining and kitchen area with separate wet bar. Off the living are floor to ceiling windows with beautiful backyard view of the pool/spa, putting green and outdoor dining + lounge area w/ smart TV. The downstairs bedrooms consist of the master ensuite (king bed) w/ back patio access, guest suite #1 (king bed) w/ full bathroom and guest bedroom #2 (king bed). Also downstairs is an additional half bath, garage/gym and laundry room. Upstairs includes game room/lounge area and three guest bedrooms. Two have full attached bath with king sized beds and the third bedroom consists of two twin size beds.
