My family stayed at the house for Christmas and had the best time. A great space to gather and celebrate with kids to grandparents. Nice amenities, great location. Host was quick to respond to questions leading up to the stay.

Beautiful house that was able to accommodate our women's retreat. There was plenty of room for our gathering time and meals. Plenty of places for us to have more fellowship time. Perfect place. The host was more than accommodating, too. There are absolutely no complaints. Everything was wonderful!

The property was gorgeous and so much better than described. It was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoors areas were relaxing. Eleven of my cousins and spouses meet there for 4 days and loved it. Two large living rooms and 2 full kitchens. We had plenty of room to move around. It was about 30 minutes from most of the attractions that we went to see. Sadly, one of the guests left some clothing and the owner has stopped replying to my emails.

Comfort and functionality

We stayed at this location for the weekend of our son’s wedding, and it was so nice to be in a place with space for everyone, and comforts that we don’t get at home - hot tub, huge kitchen (2 actually), games to enjoy!!! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay on an important weekend for our family!

Beautiful

As soon as I open the doors to this beautiful home I knew it was the perfect place for us to spend our son‘s wedding weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone who stayed with us and plenty of privacy. When needed! Perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The host was wonderful with communication and answering any questions. We have absolutely no complaints!

Beautiful home inside and out. We had a full house but with so many bedrooms and the one bedroom behind the garage there was privacy for those that needed space. There was not one thing we needed as far as household items as we cooked our own meals. Stephen was quick to respond to a couple of questions . My family and I would all highly recommend this house . Also the landscaping and patio area was beautiful

Beautiful Property

Absolutely beautiful and clean property! We had a ladies retreat here and all the ladies really enjoyed their time/stay. Especially the hot tub and many places to sit and relax. Had to contact property manager for a minor issue and he took care of it right away. Only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper left for us except the small rolls that were already there. 16 people for 48 hours….needs more TP

Annual Steria Family Trip

Our 3-generations of Steria souls traveled from Northern NY to Lancaster County, PA for a relaxing time of fun and fellowship. This is our 2nd visit to this property and Lord willing, we'll be back in 2026. The house has plenty of space, indoors and out for everyone. We love this area for so many reasons and thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. The memories made will always be a Blessing!

Great House for a Group!!!

We stayed for a week in this absolutely lovely house to quilt with friends. It was the perfect space for us, as it had room for all of us to work on our individual crafts and then come together for meals and socializing. A perfect home, very clean, and a responsive management team! Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back next year!

Sister reconnection

For many years my sisters and I have been traveling to Lancaster. This vacation home is everything anyone could want. It s comfortable and beautiful. Host is responsive and thought of everything… towels by hot tub, pods for coffee, snacks to welcome us and wonderful selection of books. Basement fireplace absolutely welcoming and cleanliness impeccable. Loved the house and had a memorable stay
