Beautifully renovated 2000 SF industrial space with modern amenities. Private, quiet, secluded and close to everything in NWA. Spacious parking, surrounded by perfectly manicured green space. Conveniently located near the Razorback Greenway and several bike trails. XNA airport is only 8.5 miles away.
Open floor plan and a second story loft. Includes one bathroom. Each room has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa can accommodate an additional guest. Guests have 24 hour access to the gym. Access to laundry is available. Full kitchen available with stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, air fryer, coffee bar and dishwasher.
Absolutely no parties of any kind. No drugs. No smoking. Host lives nearby on same property. Free disc golf course available.

This is my second time staying. This time I brought my husband and he loved it as much as I did. The living space is so comfortable. They have all the amenities needed. Having the gym right there was perfect as my husband is a highschool powerlifting coach and mentor (weight lifting) to high school kids. It was perfect.

It was very clean. Theyvjad everything a peraon would need for their stay. The gym was perfect . (Maybe add some 15 lb dumbells lol)

Spacious and well equipped

The Bricktown Barbell Loft sits on a beautiful property which I enjoyed with my adult daughter and our pup. Kitchen was pretty well-equipped and we cooked each night. Our dog enjoyed the large game room/gym area for games of fetch, esp on the rainy days. Jason responded right away to answer one question we had. We look forward to staying again!

Weekend stay

Our family loved staying at the barbell loft. My boys really enjoyed the open area to play around and workout. The first thing our teenager did was climb the rope when we arrived. I will say if it storms during your stay you will definitely hear it but Jason came by the next day to check in and make any repairs to the property.

This property truly exceeded expectations. The managers were exceptional, responding to any inquiries with impressive speed and efficiency. The property is pet-friendly, with plenty of space for dogs to run around and play, and it is a haven for furry friends. For those that love to stay active the property offers fitness amenities, ensuring you can maintain your workout while traveling. Located in the heart of NWA, yet providing a peaceful retreat, the property offers the best of both worlds. The combination of convenience and tranquility made my stay truly enjoyable. Baseball Tourney stay

This was an excellent spot for my son and I to stay. It was a great location in relation to where my son played his baseball games. He appreciated the workout facility. We enjoyed going to Kyya for some yummy chocolates and delicious milkshakes, this was just a few miles from us. The host was excellent to communicate with us and responded quickly to needs that arose. We will stay again if in the area.

Bricktown Barbell Loft

I was just in town for 2 nights to get our UArk Sophomore moved into his first apartment, which was blow-and-go...lots of hours of moving, cleaning, unpacking, shopping, and decorating...so I didn't get to enjoy the amenities although I did pack work-out clothes for myself. I would have loved to walk the property/area and used the gym equipment, but time just didn't allow for that, unfortunately. Our son decided to stay at his apartment so it ended up being just me for the 2 nights, so the loft bedroom upstairs never got used, although it did look cozy. But it was perfect for the laundry I did (washing new towels and linens), steaming curtains and flags (I brought my own steamer although an iron and ironing board were available in the master bedroom), and the hour or so that I watched tv before falling asleep. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was very neat and clean. Jason was very nice, hospitable, and took the time to come introduce himself. Only 15-20 minutes travel time from campus. Beautiful area! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Cozy Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the loft. The hosts were both very friendly and took care of any questions or needs we had during our stay. This place is quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. Our two small Frenchies loved the place. They were able to run around outside since there was so much green space. We will definitely book this place when visiting Springdale in the future. Fantastic place w an accommodating host.

The place was clean and easy to find. It was well stocked in the kitchen, but we could have used more towels. Comfortable and the host was super nice and accommodating to our needs.

Unique Space!

Our family of 4 loved it here! The beds were very comfortable and we had mostly everything we needed. For everything else, Hwy 412 was very close & had walmart, donuts, ice cream, pizza (can you tell we had kids with us???) We were roughly 45 minutes from Devils Den and 35 minutes to Natural Falls in Oklahoma. It was also situated between Fayetteville and Bentonville for days of shopping. Highly recommend- we will be back!

Awesome location with a gym!

We loved staying here with our two boys. What a great idea having the gym being connected so they could run off some energy. We even got to exercise too. Perfect location with a nice view. Just the right spot from Fayetteville to get around the area to come back to quiet. Host were amazing and the vrbo stocked with all the basic necessities so I didn't need to bring everything with us. I recommend this place to all. We will be back again.
