This home is everything we wished for in our family vacation! The privacy of this beach is almost unbelievable! Our host made the check-in and out extremely simple . We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, pool and the GULF IS THE ONLY STEPS AWAY!! We loved this home!!

This beautiful beach front home is exactly as advertised. Its views are spectacular..and the amenities are fantastic. Livia was wonderful to work with and a fantastic host.

Great property. Walk out the back door onto the beach. The beach is a couple miles from the public beach so not crowded at all. Excellent location. Everything was as advertised.

First time on St. George Island. We loved every minute of it. I can't get over the location of the house - you open the door and the beach is literally right there. And its like you have your own private beach - barely any other people there. The house had everything we needed. Even with stormy weather the first part of the week, we had the best week and got in some wonderful family time. Would 100% recommend and would totally stay at this house again. The host Livia was incredibly responsive and helpful. Can't say enough great things!

Wonderful

We had a great stay. Great location with pool and hot tub. The owner was incredibly accommodating and willing to help anyway they could. Highly recommended!

Great place, great owner

Wonderful home in a good location. Very responsive owner. The location was very good, nearby state park, lots of places to eat on the island. We will come back.

Everything you need is at this property. The kayaks added to the fun. Quiet, peaceful, and the perfect distance from all the activities. The state park at the end of the street is a wonderful bonus! Livia was fantastic and responsive! We didn't report any of theses things (I am confident they would have been addressed immediately), but there were a couple of things that a little tlc could fix like the broken shelving on the kitchen island, the broken table leaf, ceiling fan and light not working in the second bedroom, large burner on the stove doesn't work, some of the outdoor furniture is missing cushions and all of the outdoor storage boxes are broken. Nothing that detracts from the overall stay. While we didn't use it, the elevator was a wonderful addition for my daughter in law who is 8 months pregnant. Just a great place overall and we hope to return soon!

When can we move in?

What can I say? This trip was just what the doctor ordered for my wife and I - relaxing in comfort while surrounded by beauty. Whether relaxing on the beach or the couch, you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean skyline - which we just couldn't get enough of. I absolutely loved using the provided kayaks while the wife enjoyed lounging on the beautiful sands soaking up the sun. Getting back and forth from the house to the beach couldn't have been much easier - using the private boardwalk made setting up our day camp a relatively quick and painless process, which isn't always the case. Like all houses in this area, there are lots and lots of steps, but the elevator made quickly and safely accessing the many areas of the beautiful house as easy as one could ask for. We really appreciated the attention to detail when it comes to comfort and amenities - it's often difficult for us to fully unwind when in a new place, but Livia and her team made sure the house felt like a home so we had no problem coming in an unwinding almost immediately. So, when can we move in? Thanks for everything - we hope to visit again soon!
