Please don’t stay here! No hot water, house was dirty, grill had mold growing on the grates, only one burn worked only on high. Host wouldn’t respond to our requests. And a Camera faced the swimming pool. Kitchen didn’t have pans or bowls for cooking. We could sleep there once we got the AC working only.

The house was great. Quiet neighborhood. The pool water temperature was perfect, a little cool which was excellent on the hot Florida days. Hot shower water was an issue in the master bath (as other guests have noted as well)but the other shower worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Ideal location near grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay there again, as we have family 2 miles from the house.

Check in was a breeze! Everything was clean and looked very nice. Pool was very clean and the kids played all day in the pool! Everything worked as it should. I had contacted the building manager and they were quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely property and was perfect for our quick horse shopping trip to Wellington and Loxahatchee. We were very pleased. Great location close to both areas we need to visit, close to restaurants, gas, grocery. Wonderful neighborhood, great yard and really cute home. Master suite was wonderful and had a large kitchen area. Rooms at opposite ends of the home offer privacy. Beds were comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was too cool for us to swim. The kitchen needed a little touch up cleaning. A few minor repairs could be performed but overall this was a great experience. Owner was readily available to answer questions.

Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay but had a few minor gripes. The hot water didn't quite last long enough, TV situation was strange (had to use my Xfinity app and Airplay to get live TV), could use more pillows and hangers.We would stay there again.

Disappointing

Not enough towels, no kitchen towel at all , two bedrooms need new mattresses very uncomfortable, tvs broke or no remote, tv in living room broke, brought nice large new smart tv next day , it was not properly set up to work so we still had no tv gave up on that, no information for pool and hot tub home needs to be upgraded,it has lots of potential to be nice home, our visit was short so we didn’t want to spend so much time complaining with host, should be good information at the house on everything, the large bedroom was comfortable and had the only working tv, the gem part joke two pieces of equipment on the lanai out dated and pool area very moldy . I guess you get what you pay for, we will not be staying there again.

A little disappointing

Overall property was clean. Kitchen was lacking in items like utensils, bowls for cooking, etc. Only 3 bath towels for 3 people however, owner brought more for us upon asking. Had a issue receiving check in information. Tried emailing, calling, leaving a voicemail and had no response from the owner. Only after calling from a phone with the same area code did the owner pick up. Very frustrated first day with very slow owner communication.

Great spot

I will I could give almost a 5. I wish there were more towels and the master shower didn't get hot. You waste a lot of water trying to get it hot and it doesn't last long. I will try to rent again on my other stays down there. I visit a lot. The owner was very nice.

Older home that served it's purpose

Comfortable stay & served it's purpose for visit. Not the newest or cleanest. Pretty dusty light fixtures.Had to call host multiple times for code.He finally came over with it. Dishes not acceptable for microwave use. Hot tub and pool were both unheated. Rug in living area fine,but corner is a trip hazard. Hot/cold water installed backwards in master shower.Also,in direct path of Airplanes,but surprisingly not as loud inside.

Great pool home in cute neighborhood

Pros: The home has plenty of space for a family. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice with beautiful landscaping. The master bedroom and bath were huge and the kitchen and dinking areas were spacious. Publix was only a five minute drive and there were loads of restaurants nearby as well. It was about a 30-minute drive to get to Peanut Island or to Palm Beach, but for the price, that was just fine. Cons: The living area is a bit small and sparsely furnished. It could use another chair, a coffee table, and a lamp to accommodate more people and feel a bit more homey. The kitchen was also missing some essential items, like kitchen towels, oven mitts, scissors, a corkscrew, and a pizza cutter. (We "donated" one.) The plates were all fancy ceramic plates with metal edging so you couldn't use them in the microwave. The pool area is furnished with discarded indoor furniture and old exercise equipment. Some inexpensive outdoor furniture would make it more inviting. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing spring break in the home and would gladly stay there again!

A comfortable home away from home

The host made the home very welcoming. It was great for my family and. The cleanliness of the home was top notch. The location of the home was convenient for grocery shopping and more. I would recommend this place for anyone who’s traveling and are in need of somewhere to stay for a weekend or longer. My family and I will book again sometime.

DO NOT RENT

This house was booked December 15, 23 for 12/29-31/2023. Heading down to our event I never got key code information. We several messages no answer so we called. Note we are 2 hours away. The home owner states someone was already in the home until 12/30 WHAT ??? We rented already paid in full drive over 9 hours. Owner could have cared less. We called VRBO not much help either basically they blamed everything on the owner. We were only accommodated one night in a hotel not 2 nights ( we paid for our 2nd night ) and claimed my refused of 579.00 would come back 7 to 14 days. I have used VRBO for years but they surly refused to take any responsibility for this. Out money and not caring this trip was for an event so we did not get to enjoy our friends. VRBO you need to do better and take his home owner off your list too.

Sweltering Sweet 16

Came from NY for my nieces Sweet 16. Took a few texts to get the door code from owner. When we got into the unit it was almost 90 degrees. Just horrible, the central air was BROKEN. It was like the place had been closed up for weeks. Not very clean. Owner was in Jamaica and couldnt have someone service the unit until the next day. So disappointing. Really horrible experience. And he never got back to us. Would not recommend this place. We are not hard family to please; a little AC, cleanliness and communication.

Great Find!

Our son was playing in a Baseball tournament and found this hidden gem close to all Fields in Palm Beach. Close to Restaurants and Grocery Stores. Great Location. Will be staying here again!

Cozy home getaway

I had the pleasure of staying at this property and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations. The location is picturesque, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and revitalizing retreat. Neighborhood was out of a fairy tale, we even had neighbors with a lemonade stand! Hope to stay here next year.
