This stunning classic and spacious home sits on the Kachemak Bayfront with out-of-this world views of the mountain range. Remembering and enjoying your Alaskan getaway is our passion! This home has private beach access and is minutes away from the famous Homer Spit with all of its attractions. Built for comfort this 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home is ideal for family getaways. A large entertainment room with 75 inch TV, pool table, and foosball table for your downtime between adventures. The main living space, boasting an 85-inch TV, is situated next to a fully stocked kitchen, island, and dining table. The elegant master bedroom, secluded upstairs, includes a jetted bathtub, gas fireplace, and balcony overlooking the bay. All bedrooms include Queen beds and clean fresh and cozy linens. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. We have exterior cameras located at the front and back entrance. Moose roam freely around Homer, Alaska and may wind up in the yard.

Felt at Home in Homer

Stunningly beautiful and so perfect for our large multi generational group! We loved our time in Homer - watching the otters play in the bay, being close to downtown and the Spit was so convenient, and the multi level ensured everyone was comfortable (especially appreciated the 2nd living area in the basement for the littles)! Walking down to the beach every morning was a peaceful way to start each day. Special shout out to Maranatha, who was lovely and fantastic. We appreciate you!

Beautiful and peaceful with knock out water views from the kitchen, living room, and the amazing primary bedroom. The entire family loved staying here. The only flaw is a lack of window treatments in the primary bedroom- eye shades were just not enough during peak summer light for restful sleep.

Visiting Homer, 2024

From the minute we drove up to the property we knew we were going to have a great experience. The view is the BEST you can get of Katchemak Bay, for one thing. Walking in the door put smiles on our faces. The house is lovely, it was neat and clean, there were even fresh flowers for is! What a nice touch. There are no negatives to this property. I would recommend it highly, along with the wonderful management, Maranatha.

Incredible property with amazing views

Stay at this house! The views are spectacular! We enjoyed time relaxing on the porch and lawn watching the eagles and sea otters. Comfortable beds & fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed making breakfast with a view, walking on the beach and exploring the spit.

Beautiful Home on Kachemak Bay

Wowza! What a beautiful home, beautiful property and amazing views! We were visiting to fish and this home provided exactly what we needed. Everyone had their own space. We had laundry for fishy clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our catch for supper! Lovely details from our host, like snacks and fresh flowers, made us feel welcome. We arrived very early and our host left breakfast sandwiches for us after our long overnight flight. We loved that! It was a short drive to the Spit to fish and very close to the grocery store. Highly recommend!

Alaska Getaway

This home was perfect for our Time in Homer as a basecamp. My Business Partner and myself took our two High School boys and we couldn't of asked for a nicer home base. Nicely appointed house that had everything we needed. We cooked out multiple times on the grill, used the stoves for pasta and breakfast. The boys spent countless hours on the Pool Table and watched movies in the basement. We went on walks on the beach. Maranatha the Homeowner checked in on us and was there if we had questions! Everything was perfect! Well Recommended from a traveler that has traveled the world! We will come back!

Fabulous house on water with beautiful views!

This house is waterfront on kachemak bay with gorgeous views across the bay. The location was quiet, and the house was very well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our family of six. Everyone slept great in the very comfortable five bedrooms. The master suite is to die for, and takes up the entire second floor of the house. We cooked salmon and six ears of corn on the gas grill, so a large enough surface area for our group. There were many thoughtful extras, from fresh flowers on the kitchen counter to sleep masks in the master bedroom to coffee pods and creamer and a lovely welcome basket of goodies! Our family enjoyed the pool table and foosball table, particularly on bad weather days. The close proximity to the spit made it easy to meet our water taxi for a kayaking adventure and end our days at Carmen’s gelato. All in all, a five star stay! Don’t hesitate to book!
