Weekend get away

We had an amazing time. The rental was everything we wanted and more. Plenty of space for our large family to stay. I would do it again for sure.

Very nice house

House was clean but outside decks were not. Very spacious. We enjoyed our stay but wish we had better weather.

Great location

The home was in an excellent location! Close to the beach access and walking distance to grocery store. The house could use more outside furniture to accommodate occupants that are allowed In the home.pool area needs a table and more seating. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

Great stay!

Great location and awesome house! Everything was spotless clean when we arrived. Great views of the beach! Only issues we came across was the water in the showers. It would get hot and then extremely cold and then hot, so it was not consistent. Also, the top floor bedroom , the bathroom door was extremely difficult to maneuver as it will hit the toilet every time we opened and closed it. Other than that we had a great stay.

There were 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 double beds that were listed in the rental that were not on property. Pool light never worked despite 2 requests to fix Smaller house than needed for the people it says it sleeps.

Excellent getaway for a large family

Our family retreat lasted a week and included 3 generations of an extended family - from 2 years to 80 years-old. This property fit our needs perfectly. From the beach a minute away for morning runs, sand castles, and waves fun, to the in-house pool for the young kids to learn to swim. Shops and restaurants were a walking distance away (Don't miss the "Thai and Vine" right next door, it's a hidden gem). The house elevator helped the older members up and down the floors, and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals - the listing accurately describes the property. A few notes to be aware of: - You'll need to bring/buy basic supplies such as toilet paper (for a longer then 2 day stay), dish soap, and cooking oil, tea/coffee and spices. It would be nice if there were some basic non-perishables left overs kept in the house like I've seen in other vacation homes. - It may be time to update the mattresses. Some of our party said their king-sized mattresses were not fully comfortable. - The internet can be flaky at times. We had to call for service a few times but all our requests were speedily attended to by the rental agency. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Could be great, just a couple fixes needed

Location was great. Lots of room, great amenities. Got it for a steal. Just a couple things to make the place great. The internet was crap. We don’t watch a lot of tv at the beach, but occasionally it is nice to turn something on while the kids are winding down or need some rest. The internet was horrible, we couldn’t watch a tv show on one tv without buffering every five minutes. For a house with 9 tvs I couldn’t fathom how bad it would be if we spread out and tried to use multiple tvs at once. Second, someone messed up designing several of the bathrooms. My wife and I stayed in the upstairs suit, you had to stand on the toilet to close the door, to open the shower door. And then do it again to get out of the shower. For new construction, it was just bad design. Several of the lights flickered instead of dimmed like designed, more than likely the wrong bulbs were used. Hopefully, these minor issues can be fixed and this will be a go to place for large groups going to the beach.

Excellent!

While this is technically a 3rd row home, we were pleasantly surprised to have a clear view of the ocean. We could stand on the deck or even float in the pool and watch the ships and boats passing by. Most everything was very clean except for a spill on the refrigerator shelf. Decor is bright and pretty. The house had everything we needed and more. There is even a separate, countertop icemaker, which we used and loved. We were impressed with the rental agency. We called the after hours number THREE times within a couple of hours of arriving, and Brett was so kind and took excellent care of us. No actual issues, just stuff like we couldn't figure out how to unlatch the gate to the pool. We dealt with 3 other people over the course of the week for various things like getting the pool heat turned on, etc. and every person was stellar. As we were preparing to leave, taking stuff down to the car, one elevator load at a time, the cleaning ladies were already in the driveway, waiting for us to leave at 9:45am (checkout at 10am). They sat in the driveway waiting, and before we even finished, they were out of their car, setting the cleaning supplies outside the elevator, while we were still using the elevator to bring stuff down. This was awkward and unappreciated. We literally pulled out of the driveway at 9:55am. We were checking out on a Friday, and according to their calendar, they had no other guests checking in for the next week. We would definitely stay here again.
