Peaceful Desert View Oasis with Heated Pool
Beautiful vacation home we share with you in the Estrella Mountain Ranch Community of Goodyear, Arizona. Private single level home with 3 bedrooms, 1 King & 2 Queen beds, 2 full baths with a separate tub & shower in the primary bedroom, plus a den with desk, monitor and twin sized futon/sofa, furnished kitchen, dining area and comfortable family room with smart TV. Smart TVs are also in each bedroom. Home uses professionally clean and sanitized luxury linens.
Resort styled backyard is private with a view fence to a natural desert wash, mountain views and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy pool, heated per request, practice your putting, play corn hole, warm up by the gas fireplace. BBQ under covered patio complete with dining table, sitting area and bar. Also available for use are two cruiser styled bicycles on which to explore our lovely community.
Just two miles away are two beautiful lakes with paths to walk, jog or bike, or to have a picnic in the grassy areas and watch the sunsets over the fountains and lakes. Two resident’s clubs each have a restaurant open to the public: The Cantina located in The Presidio in the Montecito neighborhood close to our home, or The Lakeside Grill located by the North Lake. Also close to the lakes is the commercial area which includes a Safeway, bank, Walgreens, Subway, McDonalds, Oasis Bagel Café, Taste of Italy restaurant, etc. A delicious breakfast/lunch café called Bebida is located by the Estrella Star Tower on Estrella Parkway. For golfers our community includes the Golf Club of Estrella, a beautiful Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with a patio and grill or Tres Rios golf course is located a short drive to the bottom of the hill. Our surrounding mountains and community have over 50 trails for beginning, intermediate and advanced hikers/bikers.
While there is much to offer in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community, there are also a few strict HOA rules that must be followed or fines will be incurred. There is a garage and driveway for parking, but please note there is no overnight street parking or RV/trailer parking allowed. Quiet outdoor time is 10pm, and respect for our neighbors is a must. Our home is most suitable for couples looking for a relaxing get away or work away from home while enjoying beautiful scenery, sunshine and the great outdoor life.

La Vita Solare (The sunny life) is a private place to unwind with peace and quiet and most often sunny weather. Should you enjoy leisure bicycle rides, we have a beautiful community to ride around, especially up to the lakes and around them. The lakes are also a favorite place for many people to go and view our spectacular Arizona sunsets.
