Large Beach House w/ heated pool
"Kiss My Sandy Cheeks" house is a brand new construction with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It will comfortably sleep 10-12 people. We are located on the west side of Panama City Beach only 6 MINUTES from Rosemary Beach! Kiss My Sandy Cheeks house is nestled in the small, quaint community of Sunnyside. This is where the whole family can come and enjoy the beach vacation without all the traffic and busy people. Wind down on the private back porch or take a short walk to the beach. We are about 800 feet from the water. There are 2 close beach accesses that lead you straight to the water. With beautiful, brand new furniture and something for everyone you will be lucky to have found this amazing space for family vacations to come. The garage is off limits due to storing owner belongings.
A local golf cart company is offering a discount on golf cart rentals during your stay. More info when you book.
We get you all started and stock the bathrooms with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There are complimentary body and bar soaps available in each bathroom as well. We do not provide you with laundry detergent, dish soap, and other household goods. You will be responsible for bringing your own or purchasing the items that you need once you arrive in town. Thank you for understanding. Must be 23 years old to rent this property.
Backyard HEATED pool is completed. See pictures for the updated backyard. Pool heat will be set at a certain temperature for seasonal bookings (May-August). If you would like the heat to be turned on during the off season times (September-April), a daily fee will be discussed upon booking. Thank you for understanding.

My family and I live outside of Nashville, TN. I teach Kindergarten and my husband owns his own business. We love spending time at the creek on our farm. This is our second rental property and we look forward to sharing our space with you all. This is a family affair and we look forward to hosting you all!

The Sunnyside neighborhood is a quiet, safe area that feels beachy but not too busy. It is a short walk to the beach and when you get there the beach is not over saturated with people. A great place for a nice family vacation. We love this area!
