This beachside, pool-view condo in Pebble Beach is perfect for a couple's or small family getaway. "Flippers Pad" has everything you need to feel like your home at the beach. You will have a resort like experience with two seasonal outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, small fitness room, outdoor dinign and grilling areas. Not to mention you are in a central location to walk/bike to some of the best restaurants and shopping in Emerald Isle.

~500 sq ft of beachy, newly renovated living space at Flippers Pad in the desirable Pebble Beach community, centrally located in Emerald Isle. Pebble Beach F305 is a poolside studio condominium located on the third floor

Conveniences packed perfectly in this studio apartment space! It could use a new mattress and good dusting under furniture but otherwise, worked nicely for us for a long weekend. We would rent again!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. I especially enjoyed the natural sunlight in the condo! It was a short walk to the beach. The next time we will book a first floor condo. The stairs were challenging for my husband. We initially had a problem finding the property, however, Jaime responded right away. We also enjoyed the proximity of the condo to restaurants.

It was really nice. Wonderful place , very quiet , very convenient, very well furnished The washer and dryer was a life saver. In saying that everything stayed wet, not damp, wet. They need a dehumidifier and a hairdryer then it would be wonderful. The steps are a real challenge and I mean a real challenge

Great place! Easy access to the beach. Only thing that was slightly frustrating was that we had to go to another location to get the gate card for the complex.

Home away from home

Very nice place to stay walking distance to the beach clean and very cozy. It became like home in a day. First time to Emerald Isle for our 35th year wedding anniversary. Can’t wait to come back.

We knew there were stairs but they were narrow and some steps are not uniform size. The room is decorated cute and nice things like coffee, toothpaste offered. Kitchen cabinets could use updating. Bathroom could use some updating. Skylight needs to be cleaned. The overall property is nice. Felt safe there. The outdoor pool by indoor pool has crumbling concrete so could use some repair.

Pool was really NA... we didn't use it...It seemed small, but was too cold, and didn't want to go out to get into indoor pool.Room was smaller than I expected.Lacked what I consider to be standard ameneties (e.g., Ice maker, Sink sprayer, Auto HVAC, etc..) Stairs to the room were steep (and seemed to be inconsistent -- needed to be really careful). Parking Lot was a mess... (lots of bumps/potholes).Table top space was a premium (not much of it)No dresser cabinets... (???) -- no where to put clothesBottom line - it was OK... not bad, but not great. Island itself seemed to lack lots of stores and restaurants... (yes, they are there, but mediocre at best). Best food was had OFF the island in Beaufort, and Wilmington. People were really nice and welcoming... (made up for many deficiencies)

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. This place was well equipped all the way down to make-up remover towels. Stairs were definitely an issue but we managed. Yes, I knew beforehand, but it did not get "real" until we had to use them. We would definitely stay here again.

No Way is this Newly Renovated- Depressing

Steep steps up dimly lit stairs to arrive at filthy carpet and debris covered doormat. Inside, met with stained shower curtain with mildew, filthy bathroom rug and shower enclosure from the early 1980’s. Old appliances with no light in refrigerator. Window treatments do not cover windows and rods come apart when treatments are pulled open. Coughing fit at night likely due to all of the dust under the bed. Plywood kitchen cabinets bang shut due to poor quality. Depressing.

Minimal stay

Nice studio apartment but very minimal in what was suppied. Pros: location, beach chairs, quiet, easy parking. Cons: My usual VRBO experience has supplied more things needed for people on vacation. Items not included that would have been helpful: oven mit (only one small square provided) blow dryer, salt and pepper, larger fry pan, beach towels. Being a studio the apartment was very bright. No darkening curtains=no sleeping in. And lastly, the key pick up is located a mile into town and not at the beach complex. Little annoying. Over all communication was good but could use some additions and a little more cleaning to make more comfortable. Under couch was very very dusty. Condo is partially updated and a little dated. Stairs going to apartment very steep as mentioned.
