The Space:
Casa Vera boasts a comfortable 2,800 sq ft interior that sleeps up to 18 in 6 individual suites. The home has a stunning 1,300 sq. ft rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of Land's End and the ocean! Casa Vera has two beautiful covered balconies, a private pool, and access to a private beach! Each suite has its own bathroom and outside door with a lock and access to the outdoor stairway, and rooms are not joined together. The rooftop terrace is perfect for congregating, but each suite provides the perfect amount of privacy for couples or families to retreat and relax. Inside the villa, you’ll find 6 private bedrooms, 2 well-equipped kitchens, kitchenettes, dining areas, and 6 full bathrooms all with a modern design and unique style. Each room is equipped with its own flat screen smart TV, equipped with streaming services like Netflix, Youtube TV, Hulu and Disney Plus at no additional cost. Step out onto the spacious, private rooftop terrace and enjoy a cocktail while experiencing the best panoramic ocean and city views of Cabo, including Land’s End. The house is designed to embrace both relaxing private spaces as well as foster unique gathering spaces for you and your group to enjoy. Guest Access:
Cabo Bello is a secure, gated community, and access is granted to guests upon arrival. Each private suite has a door with its own lock, codes are provided before check-in.

Cabo Bello is located in the heart of Cabo, near downtown, shopping, minutes from both Medano beach and the marina. Conveniently located just a couple minute walk from a community private beach for more fun and activities. The area is perfect for families looking for a beachfront home on the southernmost tip of California Sur. The small enclosed community offers several safety features including a guarded gate and security service. Residents and visitors enjoy the fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez where there are seasonal whale visits. Properties in the Cabo Bello neighborhood are a combination of luxury multi-million dollar beachfront homes, single family houses, and private condominium units. The private community offers a private beach with excellent snorkeling and swimming spots.
