Experience ultimate relaxation in our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Sterling Reef, featuring a private balcony with breathtaking Gulf views from unit 402. Unwind as you watch the sunset behind the County Pier, with balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, Sterling Reef offers the perfect getaway. Please note that pets are not allowed per the Sterling Reef Association, and smoking is only permitted in the designated area on Level 3.
THE SPACE:
Step inside this spacious two-bedroom condo, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cooking necessities, plus extras like children's plates and silverware, a versatile coffee maker for both K-cups and fresh brew, and stainless-steel appliances.
Relax in the inviting living space, featuring three cable-equipped TVs, high-speed internet, and a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom boasts a plush King bed, ample storage with a closet and dressers, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, a dresser, and easy access to a nearby full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The sofa easily pulls out for a full mattress.
Step onto your private balcony to soak up the Florida sun and refreshing sea breeze, with direct access from both the living room and master bedroom. To make your stay even easier, we provide a starter kit with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap—perfect until you stock up or have groceries delivered. Enjoy a selection of included games for quality family time, making your stay both relaxing and entertaining!
Sterling Reef, built in 2005, is a low-density beach community offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat. We provide complimentary beach service, including two beach chairs and an umbrella, all set up and ready for your use—check in at the beach hut! Additional beach chairs, umbrella and towels are also provided for your convenience. Guests are required to wash beach towels upon departure as our laundry service does not provide that service, however we don't want you to have to pack them!
On-site amenities, accessible with your wristband, include a seasonally heated bi-level pool, a third-level terrace with grilling stations and new outdoor seating on L3, and a fitness center with stunning Gulf views. Step out to the sugar-white sand beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, or search for seashells. Seasonal water sports rentals are available nearby for those looking for adventure.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Shipwreck Island is just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy a day of water park fun. For shopping, dining, and entertainment, Pier Park is just a quick drive and offers over 1.1 million square feet of top-tier options.
When it’s time to eat, there’s no shortage of great spots—try Dat Cajun Place, Boondocks Firefly, Patches, Boondocks, Uncle Ernie's, and more. If you're looking for entertainment, catch a blockbuster at The IMAX Grand Theatre, play at Dave & Buster’s, or enjoy panoramic views from the Skywheel. We welcome responsible guests aged 25 and older. Please note that we do not accept third-party bookings, and any such reservations will be immediately canceled with no refund. No pets are permitted per the HOA.
Silicone Wristbands are provided and must be returned at the end of the stay; a $10 fee per band will occur if they are not returned.
Parking spaces are not assigned. There is a two-vehicle limit at $50 per vehicle. The guest is responsible for registering their vehicle using the provided link. The parking garage is below the building; no need to walk across the street! The garage height is 7'; please plan accordingly. No scooters, golf carts, boats, or trailers are permitted in the garage.
All Florida state and county taxes are 13%. Airbnb collects only 7% of this tax; we are collecting an additional 6% on this tax. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is the nearest airport, approximately 12 miles from the condo.
We highly recommend that guests purchase trip insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may prevent you from honoring your reservation, such as illness, family emergencies, or weather-related issues. Please note that refunds will only be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
Sterling Reef is equipped with security cameras and on-site security for your peace of mind. There is a Ring camera at the property's front door that records video and audio when motion is detected, but there are no cameras inside or on the balcony. The camera is in place for guest safety and to help ensure that only the registered guests are staying at the property, preventing third-party bookings.
Sterling Reef is a non-smoking facility. Smoking & Vaping is only permitted in the designated smoking location on L3. Fines will occur if smoking occurs inside the condo or on the balcony. Please respect quiet hours (10 PM-8 AM); this includes the balcony!
Items may not be dropped or hung from the balcony or railings, drones may not be launched from the balcony, and no items may be stored in the breezeway. Fees can occur for those violations. Children must be monitored on the balcony for their safety.
Pool Hours are 8 AM-10 PM—no smoking or glass bottles in the pool area.
During your stay, building maintenance may need to briefly enter the condo for routine services such as checking the sliding doors, testing fire alarms, or performing preventive pest control.
Refunds will not be issued for building or condo maintenance, temporary pool closures, power outages, weather-related conditions, or other circumstances outside the owner's control.

My husband, daughter, and I love traveling! We are constantly trying new restaurants; we are big foodies! We are Indiana Hoosiers but LOVE Florida and sitting on the patio watching the ocean and sunsets; in fact, we got married on the beach in Florida!
In our travels, we have learned that the place you stay can make or break your vacation. We have provided amenities we would want when traveling to make the trip easier. Our goal is to make your experience at Sterling Reef Beach Dweller #402 a five-star stay.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Beach Dweller offers the best views of the ocean and the County Pier! This is a quieter area of PCB, but close to many amenities! Right outside the condo, you can rent jet skis, ride a banana boat or check out the bonfire rentals for a night!
