... Saturdays 4 p.m. is standard check-in time and busiest elevators traffic, so I am thinking of changing check-in day/time to Sunday/5 p.m. instead... in any case, I advise guests to use the pool with restrooms and beach during check busy check-ins, while cars cool down in covered garage.

Can’t beat the gulf

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the families or multiple families with large bed and bathrooms. Elevator issues the first two days but fixed on Monday and no problems afterwards.

We loved our stay. Condo was very roomy and was plenty big enough for the seven of us. We would definitely stay here again. The only con is elevators. Always have to wait on them.

Great attitudes and personality; unfortunately, health issues prevented them from better communications. I lost the opportunity to host these nice people, as well as rental time in my PCB home, but still I refunded their deposit; hope to hear back from them.

Spring break 2024

We had a great time. Wished the pool would have been open but was closed for repairs. Elevators were very busy but that was to be expected. The condo had a great view and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were huge. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you

Hope to rent again in the future.!!

Loved the location, the beach views from the balcony, and my husband and son-in-laws loved being able to walk to the pier and do some fishing every day. It was bad luck on our part to have picked a week in which it rained the majority of the time. However, the condo still made it a very enjoyable stay for the whole family. We hope to be able to rent the unit again in the future!

Wonderful Week

My family and I stayed here for a week. When it was time to come home, the 4 year old did not want to leave, He said we could just move here. The home is great, the beach is great, everything is great. We all loved the amazing view, especially my mom. The treasure chest provided us with chairs, toys, and floats which was very convenient. Thanks for a wonderful week, hopefully we can return soon. Ladina

I am very pleased to hear how my idea of treasure chest works for young kids! Similarly, I implemented free of charge other offerings for other guests of different age, e.g. DVD movies and TV apps for teenagers, DVD movies for young adults, or books for seniors like me.

great location, great condo

This is our third year at sterling reef. We like it due to its location.this condo was very spacious, had great views. It was also greatly stocked with kitchen supplies, dishes and even had beach chairs supplied. I always take extra pans and such with me on vacation for cooking, but could have left them at home, along with the two beach chairs I took, since the condo had two in the room just like mine..would stay here again. I was pleased, but my husband wished that there were pillow top covers added to top of mattresses due to his back problems..I slept fine

I wish, I knew for things like pillow top covers - However, I will have this in mind for your next stay, as well as I will upgrade mattresses to minimize a chance for any discomfort. It does not take much, but it means a lot. I also encourage my guests to let me know in advance how I may customize their stay, so please be proactive, do not hesitate to let me know what you need for your stay.

Great location with beautiful view!

Great location right on the beach with beautiful views! We were able to see lots of marine life from the balcony! Close to pier, water park, and short drive to Pier Park! The condo was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We had to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, and wash the bath towels during our stay. The pool was nice and not too crowded and we enjoyed the free beach rental chairs and umbrella. Our only complaints were the worn out condition of the mattresses and furniture. We also would've liked a lower floor because the elevators were slow most of the time.

Well, a lot of people with small children over longer stay consume a lot; not sure if my storage of paper was exhausted or not found in numerous cabinets, so we’ll make it visible outside. You will note that I provide lots of complementary stuff, kitchen/bath supply, beach towels, chairs and mats. As for furniture, it isn't new, and hence reduced rent, but I am taking guest’s critics seriously, and moving on with more upgrades; noticeably, as a new owner – already upgraded critical stuff: kitchen appliances, living room furniture and TVs. I appreciate all comments from my guests and their experience that helps new guests to plan vacation, as well as I strive to provide value for money.

PCB Overview

Property was very clean! Especially liked the corner condo--makes the living area seem bigger. 18th floor takes a little getting used to but was fantastic views of sunsets. Location fight on the beach cannot be beat. unfortunately had only one elevator working -- other under repair but due to be operational in mid April 2023. Door electronic key connection died but repair done expeditiously and courteously.

Great value!

We had a great time at this property. It was spacious, there was room for everyone, and then some. The pool was awesome. It was only missing a hot tub. The only downside that comes to mind was the cleanliness. There was a used bandaid in the master bed, the vent behind the couch in the foyer was full of dust, and it didn't look like any of the furniture had been cleaned underneath (old sports drink bottles, etc). The wait for the elevators was reasonable. The view from the 18th floor was phenominal. The owner told us we didn't need to wear the condo wristbands, just keep them on our person, but we were told by staff a few times to put them on, but then we couldn't get them back off so we had to cut it off. Overall though, the property was great and we would definitely stay here again.

… it was very busy season and I was not able to travel due to Covid, and yes deep cleaning was postponed. I am really thankful for this feedback, so I know it and can now plan better for deep cleaning!

Family Vacation

Everything about this condo was wonderful EXCEPT the elevator. The condo was very spacious and had such a beautiful view! Everything was as listed and communication with the owner was exceptional. The location was perfect. The only negative thing about this condo was the elevator. Only one elevator worked. We had to walk 18 flights 3 times in one day due to the elevator being full. On the day of checkout, two of us had to wait over an hour to be able to get our luggage to the vehicle. The rest of our party had to walk 18 flights. I understand this is not the owners fault and the condo was awesome however I would not have stayed there if I knew about the elevator situation prior to booking.

... bad luck with elevators, it happens anywjere, nothing to do with the Resort or Owner. ... if the elevators are out of my control, and I was good in simple words, why do I have such a low rate review? BTW, the elevators were in process of fixing and replacement with the state of the art technology for the season, which I contributed to more than $5000. BTW, the Guest left mess, including garbage bags, while trash chute does not require elevators (next to my door), which cost me extra. On bright side, I do understand people on vacation being relaxed, and as long as no damage, l hope to host you folks again.

View is SPECTACULAR! Beach AMAZING!Comfortable for 6 people (4 adults, 2 teens)Beach service included (2 chairs and an umbrella) was really nice. Also supplied was 2 camping chairs, and 2 folding chairs and 2 beach mats plus some other younger kid beach toys.Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils but no spices, oils, salt pepper. Not a knock on the condo, just so people know to bring if they like to cook.Misha (Host) was extremely responsive and helpful.No issues with elevatorPools barely heated but warmer than the Gulf.Gym is small and musty.We wanted to rent bikes but there are no bike racks available and you can't store on the balcony per building rules.The area is quiet even when we were there over spring break. The property next door was being renovated so that made it less busy on the beach. There were some closed businesses in the surrounding area (putt-putt, retail store, ice cream place) so the area in general has less people. Drive a mile east and you'll be in the thick of things. Pretty close to all major shopping (10-20 min). Lots of police over spring break so don't speed!

A slice of paradise!

We had a wonderful experience! This trip was our first family trip to the Gulf Coast. I wanted a place that would be fun for my teen kids but would be relaxing for my husband and me. I wanted beautiful views, comfortable beds, a well-appointee kitchen and peace and quiet. This slice of paradise delivered all that and more! Convenient, clean, hassle-free! The beach wasn’t crowded. The beach chairs offered with this condo were a huge benefit! Thank you! Gulf views were unmatched and being able to see the sunrise over the bay was a special bonus! That wrap around balcony was everything! Misha, thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of Heaven on Earth with us! I would go back today if I could! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely Stunning

I couldn't find a bad thing to say about this property. It was clean, the layout was perfect, the view was stunning. Plenty of sleeping room. Its located in the middle of the strip. It's nice and quiet, compared to other condos. When we arrived around 7pm, wasn't too sure where the condo was located, contacted Misha and he got ahold of us right away. Parking passes and wrist bands were right as soon you walk through the door. Thank you Misha for allowing us to visit your home! It is definitely going to be our first choice when visiting PCB.

Needs upgrades

Beds need updated. The mattresses are terrible. The cleanliness was subpar and the condition of the unit is in need of drastic updates. The location is great and the view is amazing.

… I understood that 240 pound guests needed different mattresses and assisted with mitigation; I do not understand why cleaning and upgrades (still do not know what) were not communicated before this review, so I can consider an action as needed. Clear and open mind, two way communications, please.

Amazing view! Great property!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and clean. The view was AMAZING! The location was awesome! Misha, the property manager was easily accessible and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Like all Canadians, we LIKE skiing and camping up North, or swimming in clear lake waters, but we LOVE the sun and waters of Panama City Beach.
