Our home with Breezy Palms is centrally located, with Beaches & Boating, Fishing & Diving, Swimming & Bathing, Dining & Dancing, Flying or Skydiving and Refreshing Cocktails just a short walk or ride away!

The Neighborhood -
Our home resides on a quiet street with very little traffic and kindly neighbors: including the homes of three police officers. Additionally, our wonderful neighbors are locals and are super nice and friendly and always glad to help! They are especially great and spotting manatees!

Our Home -
Guests will have exclusive access to the private in-ground pool surrounded by Breezy Palms, 40’ canal front boat dock with fish cleaning station, chest freezer, a kayak and 2 paddle boards, 4 bicycles and even a cooler to take to the beach!
With an extra large carport, there is ample room for your vehicles and a boat trailer. Your own door punch code will be provided prior to booking, allowing for a relaxed, easy-going arrival to Paradise.
The spacious open floor plan of the living room and fully-stocked kitchen is amplified by twin sliding glass doors; allowing you to sit in the cool AC while simultaneously watching the kids play in the pool and the manatees play in the water.
After a long day of exploring and experiencing all the magic of the Florida Keys, nothing feels better than stretching out and having a relaxing night sleep on one of our two King beds. This is what vacation is supposed to feel like!

As personal hosts, my wife and I love to share and listen to your stories and expectations so we can guide you in the right direction! We’re a bilingual hosting team (English & Spanish) and are excited to help make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible!

We visited for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The boat dock accommodated our fishing boat for the week, the host stayed in touch, the location was great, and we had everything we needed.

Florida Keys first time stay

This was my first VRBO and I found the owners to be excellent and helpful. I was surprised at the cleanliness and high standards of the property. Everything that was needed was in the home and everything was clean and almost new condition. Since it was our first time there, the property manager was helpful in giving us suggestions and things to do ... as the week went on we found a few additional things that we loved. The pool was so much fun and warm. I highly recommend this VRBO. It is on the smaller size so it would not be good for a large group or large family. Sunset Park was our favorite location, it truly lived up to its name.

Fabulous location in the Florida Keys!

Great property on a dead end street in the beautiful community of Key Colony Beach ! Homeowner Luis was extremely helpful and communicative as we stayed at this property for an entire month . Beds very comfortable, all new appliances, and fantastic location to keep a boat on a very calm and well protected canal . They provided us with brand new magnifying mirror and light and 4 new cruising bicycles which were fantastic ! Highly recommend this property !!

Exceptional Stay - Immaculately Clean, Perfect Location & Wonderful Hosts!

Absolutely outstanding stay! This place had everything we needed to feel completely at home and we were impressed by how clean it was. Location was great & really convenient. The pool and deck is fenced in and private and using the heated pool over our stay was a real treat. The hosts were wonderful, kind & responsive which made the whole experience even better. Overall great, relaxing experience. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great Property

This home was the perfect getaway for our entire family! The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, giving the kids a place to swim when we weren’t at the beach, and we all enjoyed fishing on the canal. Its convenient location near everything you need in the Florida Keys made it an easy choice, and we’ll definitely be returning. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home – it’s fully equipped with everything you could need, and the owners were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Convenient but private

This is one of the best places to stay in Marathon. It's convenient to the grocery stores, and other areas, but is very private and comfortable. The dock names it nice for getting out to fish or dive, it's only a 10 minute cruise out to the open water. The check in and check out are easiest we've ever done, and the hosts have made sure everything you need is there from kitchen needs to extra towels for the beach or pool. Yes we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a quiet home away from home to relax and unwind.

What a perfect week at this beautiful paradise! They have gone above and beyond to be sure that everything that you need is included. The pool and furniture were very nice and we certainly enjoyed laying out by our private pool. We look forward to coming back again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This rental was perfect for our family of four. We came down for lobster mini season and the boat dockage was very convenient and a short ride to both the Atlantic and Gulf. The rental was clean, spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Very comfortable and beautiful views. We can’t wait to come again!

Keys Fun with manatee sighting almost daily!

This was my 1st stay in Key Colony Beach and the rental description was very accurate, very clean and very comfortable for a mature (not so young) couple. We had everything we needed in the house and more. The internet was great and my husband worked some remotely while I explored parks near by. The pool area is completed fenced in so my dogs could be out chasing lizards for fun while I enjoyed the pool and husband cooked on the gas grill. Since its located on a canal, we rented a boat for a few days and kept it right behind the rental in the canal. There were manatees visiting almost daily and I was able to give them a drink of fresh water from the fish cleaning station. The location was a little more than a stones throw from 2 good bar/eateries. I LOVE Sparky's smoked fish dip. The wind made it very pleasant for sitting outside by canal in morning and by pool in afternoon. I took a snorkling trip to Sombrero reef. It was great with calm seas and great visibility, Highly recommend. There are 2 paddle boards and I went out a couple of times but be aware it wasn't easy to launch and retrieve as there wasn't a leash on the boards. I rigged my own with a bungee cord and managed alone and Im in my late 50's so its doable. I also rode one of the bikes a few times and it was in good condition. The hosts communication was great as well! I look forward to returning next spring!

Family, fun and fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very clean and comfy beds. Love the shampoos and detergents, make for less packing. Pool area is gorgeous with nice landscaping. We used the grill several times. Saw manatees the next canal over when we went for a walk. Can’t wait to go back!

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay in Paradise! The property was very clean and in good condition. The location was perfect for having a boat/fishing and close to several restraunts. Great Vaca!!

Property owners were in contact the entire time which is a definite A+++ and answered any and all questions. Accommodations were great, private pool with ample pool towels, beds were amazing (best sleep in a long time), property located on canal, first day a family of manatees came for a visit. That in itself was amazing and made the trip. Convenient to Key West about 1.25hrs, restaurants and grocery stores close by, beaches about 6-10 drive. Oh and took the kayak out for a spin, really relaxing on the water. Will definitely be back. Thank you Luis and Ayise for sharing your part of paradise 🌴☀️🌴☀️🌴☀️

Piece of Paradise

This is truley a little piece of paradise! The house is very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfy, extra set of linens and Extra pillows. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need for your stay. Having our own pool is such a bonus. We would spend our mornings exploring and our afternoons lounging by the pool. Alot of things to do in the area, from water sports, fishing, golf, mini golf, to name a few, never had to drive real far. A day trip to Key West is a must too!!! the drive is beautiful. The hosts Luis & Ayise are fabulous, they check in with you to see if there is anything you may need. The only bad thing was is that we had to leave.......We would definately stay here again when in the area.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was spotless. The manager was awesome. My daughter and I felt very safe. The location was perfect. We saw a manatee right off the pier. The kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes were a bonus. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome 2 bedroom home

This home is a great little gem of a place to stay. From the pool to the canal out back where we watched manatees and fished every day. The home it's self is layed out nicly with mostly new appliances. Will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you for allowing us to use your great place to celebrate my wife and her friends birthday's.

Aside from Everything else already mentioned and uncommon to many others is the Direct Ocean & Gulf Access just a few minutes away! Live Bait abounds in the Gulf side flats, and additional security having THREE Law Enforcement Officers living just a few doors down on our same street!!
