Condominio Hermoso amueblado aquí en los Pueblos de Scottsdale, AZ. Mi unidad se encuentra junto a Shea y la autopista 101. Esta es una unidad final que tiene este de sol con un gran patio en la parte posterior. Se trata de una unidad de arriba. Muy tranquilo aquí, pero todos los vecinos son amables y les encanta pasar el rato en la piscina. Ofrezco unidad totalmente amueblado y con conexión inalámbrica a Internet, Grande 46 '' TV, cocina completa, fresco A / C, lavadora-secadora, juego de sala plena, y camas tamaño queen. Armario lleno de lino, todos los utensilios de cocina también. Estamos cerca de la zona verde que le da grandes lugares seguros para caminar o andar en bicicleta. Convenient location and comfortable accomodations

This condo was in a great location for our short stay in Arizona. The owner was very helpful in making sure that we had all the information we needed to get to the condo and he also made sure that everything was going well during our stay. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for our group (4 adults).

Pros and Cons

There was definintely pros and cons to the property. The location was great, the beds were amazing and the kitchen well stocked/supplied for dishes and utensils. The condo itself could use some updating and a bit of clean up in the closets? I did find the bathroom towels/facecloths 'well used' and the bathroom mats needed cleaning. But I did let the owner know and he's probably already remedied this. Overall, it was pretty good.

I appreciate all comments. That is how i can make sure to make it better for the next guest. I've already visited Macy's and purchased new Hotel Collection towels and mats. The closet clean up is easy but i'll leave the extra tennis rackets and golf hats there for anyone that may want to use them. My cleaning girls now check the linens and towels and we have reserves to replace the old whenever necessary. Please just ask. Welcome.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the back patio in the early mornings and evenings, and going to the pool in the afternoon. The condo complex was quiet, and the pool was very nice and just a short walk from the condo. The neighboring condo residents that we met at the pool were all extremely friendly and gave us tips on good local restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo is also located in a great area of Scottsdale. Many restaurants and shopping options nearby, and just a short drive to downtown Scottsdale. It is also just a short drive to get out of the city to do a little hiking. We enjoyed hiking at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve on the outskirts of Scottsdale, which was only about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsdale.

Recent stay Villages III

We enjoyed our stay at Villages III immencely. This was our second year in this complex and would return again next year if the accommodation had been available. We will however be staying for three months in another area of Scottsdale next year. We enjoy the Scottsdale area, however, we have noticed that after four years vacationing in this area, every year gets more expensive.

Hello Joseph! Hope you are doing well. I wanted to thank you for your kindness in allowing us to stay on longer in the condo. I don't know what we would have done as our flight was leaving at midnight. It is greatly appreciated. Like I've mentioned to you before, your condo is beautiful and so well kept but also well located. I enjoyed my stay very much. Eventhough you have a cleaning lady I made sure to tidy up the place before leaving it. I also washed all the bath and kitchen towels, plus the carpets in the two bathrooms. The only thing I didn't do is the bed linen. Both bathrooms were fully cleaned and also the kitchen. I treated your condo as if it were my own. You are a very nice person. Regards, Theresa P.S. This is a great condo to stay at. It comes with everything one needs when far away from home and therefore makes our time there so enjoyable and comfortable. It is a beautiful and super clean condo. Two big bedrooms, two full bathrooms, 2 TV's, dishwasher, washer & dryer, nice back balcony, and swimming pools, in fact it has everything, it's fabulous. The area is very quiet and well kept. It is close to everything (shopping malls, fine restaurants, via Linda, Shea Blvd., 101 Freeway, about 30 min. from Sky Harbor Int'l Airport, car rental companies about 10 min. from Airport with shuttle service, it is close to several factory outlets, etc.). If you are looking for a nice condo rental in Scottsdale, Arizona, then this is the place to choose. The owner is a super nice person and makes it a point that your stay in his condo is one of comfort and total satisfaction. I would go back there anytime.

We didn't know what to expect as the condo had limited pictures and description. We were more that pleasantly surprised. The condo and overall facility far exceeded our expectations. The unit was spacious and furnished with more house goods than I am sure most homes would have. Ever time we turned around we found something that we didn't expect. The linens were very high quality. The towels, etc were a better quality than any but the best 5* hotel and there were a large quantity of all. WE will remember this place and definately stay again. The neighbors, pool people etc were very nice and friendly. PLUS the location is centrally located to everything in Scottsdale

Great location, good condo!

Found this condo to be a great homebase for our vacation. Very large unit with large bedrooms and bathrooms. All hardwood and tile. Huge patio. Very quiet complex. Very easy access from the highway with shops and restaurants very close. I would stay here again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

This clean, quiet and bright condo was just what we were looking for. Having Joseph close and attentive was a real plus. The neighborhood is beautiful and offers everything the the description claims, including the wonderful walkway directly in back of The Villages. Everyone we met around the association was friendly. We felt completely safe and comfortable.

Perfectly located on the greenbelt park for bike riding on my off days. Close to the major freeways, plenty of grocery shopping and workout clubs nearby. Everything i need i can walk to. I always feel safe living right down the block from the Firehouse and police station and 'bowling alley'

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is a quiet complex. Well maintained. The pools are warm all winter long and so are the jacuzzis. Views are great from the second floor. I see the sunrise and the sunset from all windows. Best location in the complex.
