This central location is an excellent home base to experience all activities that Pensacola has to offer. The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and safe. There are excellent restaurants nearby and all along the short drive to Downtown.
The Blue Angels Practice on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings in the Spring/Fall/Summer months. They fly low over the house so watch from the backyard!
If you brought your clubs, the country club and golf course is located 1/2-mile down the road.
The large dining room table is perfect for working/studying - military/flight students welcome!
All bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd stories. Stairs to the 3rd story bedroom and living room are accessed through the master bedroom. All bedrooms have locks, fans, A/C, clothes storage and smart TVs.
Guest access:
The entire house and backyard is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

There are 2 stairs required to enter the house.

Hi, I'm Bailey! My wife, Juanita, and I are both from the mountains of Colorado. As such, we love to ski/snowboard, hike, camp, mountain bike and spend time with others who share an adventurous spirit!
I am currently in the Navy and am living in Oahu, which is where I moved after my wonderful time in Pensacola. Here we are enjoying the hikes, the surf, and the relaxed lifestyle of the Hawaiian Islands.

We love our little sandy Peninsula. Its location is excellent as it is blocks from the Navy base, less than 1/2 mile from the grocery store and a few restaurants, and a quick 7 minute drive to downtown. There also a boat launch, public park, and walking trail along the water within 4 blocks!
The neighbors are all very nice and well-rooted into the neighborhood. We all look after each other. When I'm there, I'm home.
With so many people moving into Pensacola this neighborhood has been a popular place in the past several years for people to come in and create their dream homes, so it is always in flux in a great way. Every time I return to Pensacola it seems there is something new within a few blocks of us.
If you like Crawfish - head a few blocks down the street to Cub's....you won't regret it!

We are the only 3-story 1930's area house in the whole neighborhood! Our house has stood the test of time. Originally built on the Peninsula in 1936, there have only been a few long-term owners. It is built on 2 lots with the house right in the middle so the yard is very large, sitting on just over 1/3 of an acre.
We completed remodeled the house in 2020 including all plumbing, electrical, flooring, walls, windows, doors, roof, HVAC, and gave the exterior a shiny facelift. So, it's basically a brand new house with 1930's charm. There's nothing else like it in the neighborhood.
The outside has a new 6-car circular driveway with a portion to park the boat and a new fence that provides much privacy for parties in the back yard.
The interior speaks for itself, a hybrid of classic and Florida modern, with an emphasis towards comfort. The third story is very unique and has stairs right out of the master bedroom, making for a master suite that is perfect for the kids, though also able to sleep up to 4 adults.
Please make yourself at home and enjoy the house as much as we did when we lived in Pensacola.
