As a business owner, definitely 5 stars overall.-I put a ram 2500 in the parking spot without an issue. You couldn't open the doors all the way, but it fit.-Ceiling height was never lower than 6 ft. I'm 5' 10.5", and couldn't get my head within an inch of the ceiling. Most of the ceiling is higher, they just have some low ducts and pipes.-Kitchen was well stocked, and included tupperware, which was awesome as we were mostly cooking.-Mostly scratched up non-stick pans, but some stainless steel. Almost all plastic utensils, with no stainless or wood.-Spices looked very old, and coffee was terrible. Make sure to get your own if that matters.-One block from Colfax, which has pretty sketchy vibes, but we had no issues on our street, and everything towards the lake was very nice and safe.

This is an basement masquerading as a "contemporary studio." The basement well that you descend is dangerous. It is not ADA compliant.

Very comfortable bed. Nice linens. Noise from upstairs but have white noise machine. Pretty noisy upstairs for sensative sleepers. Lots of amenatities. You could cook Thanksgiving dinner there! And shower a cast of thousands. Would suggest cleaner floors, esp in the bathroom but I am really a clean freak.
