Cozy Park Model is number 1 on this property with plenty of room between them. We have boat parking with electric and water. In the heart of Port Clinton, this lovely tiny home provides a great place to relax. Situated just a 2-minute drive from the serene shores of Lake Erie, you can spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming, or exploring the nearby African Safari Wildlife Park, just a 16-minute drive away. Hop on the Jet Express, a 3-minute drive from your doorstep, and discover the delights of the surrounding area.

Back at the property, you'll enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with streaming channels. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and more, allows you to whip up delicious meals. Outdoors consists of a gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating. Bring your boat and dock for a small fee. Take a walk to the beach there is a sidewalk that leads right into Port Clinton about a half mile walk there is Docks beach house Restaurant, sit and enjoy the great food and drinks while the kids enjoy the beach. Across the street is Off the Rocks Mexican cuisine and a very good place to the west 1/4 mile called Overboard bar and grill they have amazing burgers and fresh cut fries.
As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit. This vacation home has everything you need for a truly memorable stay in Port Clinton.

Something to know about Port Clinton from late June thru the first of August we have 2 bugs called a Midge and a Mayfly they come off of the lake at night in what is called a hatch they are attracted to light, but it helps keeping out door lights off when not needed.
They do not bite, and they die within 24 hours they will fly into the home when you open doors or windows. We do our best to clean up the outside during these hatches so bear with us the whole community has the same issue.

This would be a great property for boat enthusiasts. It worked very well with our dog. The property hosts are very responsive and friendly. If you are looking for something shiny and new, it isn't this property. But it is a great location for exploring the area and it is comfortable and clean. Thanks for a nice stay.

Tammy was so friendly and nice. Welcomed our dog. Let us use her golf cart. Helped us find restaurants. Awesome lady.

I give a 3 star for the area. You are close to the dock to fish and you can walk to the beach I have stayed in the property next to this one which was lot 2 a month before this one and I experienced spiders in the ceiling fan in the bedroom. I liked the area enough to try another property which was lot 1 Thank god there were no spiders in this one unfortunately it was super hot in the back bedroom I had to purchase 2 fans to try to circulate the air to the back of the house. It was not clean and WiFi cut out the whole time. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days there were hardly any space to unpack belongings mostly due to the lack of hangers and drawers were broken and dirty window seals are filled with dust and bugs and once again spider webs hanging from the sealing mold is in the fridge and what looks like blood splatter on the shower wall and the back bedroom wall. The bedroom corner shelf is broken so if you put your phone or watch or something it just slides right off to the floor. The host Tammy is friendly but she calls in the cleaning lady Brandi to take care of any problems my experience with her was not pleasant she remembered us from our last stay and was not helpful to us this time round when I texted about the property being extremely hot she only she came and said it’lcool down it got a little better but still pretty hot back there we later ran into Tammy who told us Brandi didn’t turn the air on like she was asked before we arrived.CuteplacesneedsTLC

Lake fun

We checked in and instantly felt at home and comfortable! There are so many things to do that are close by! And the restaurants are a quick drive as well! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Fishing trip

Location was great, check in was great and the host was nice. The unit had a bad smell to it that didn't seem to go away. It was also not the cleanest place either. There were no instructions on what to do with the trash and there were no bags available that we could find. The bunk bed was not very big I'm 510 and I barley fit. It worked for a weekend of fishing where we spent most the time outside.
