Buckeye Bungalow charming and cozy cottage, close to everything

This well equipped 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath cottage can be your base for Island hopping, family time at the beach or drive thru safari, Cedar Point, hunting, fishing, Put-In-Bay, or just decompressing. Only a 1/2 mile to town and the Jet Express, a short drive to Catawba, Marblehead and all the various nearby wineries and breweries. Our home is 20-25 minutes to the Sandusky/Cedar Point area. Don't forget Port Clinton is the walleye capital of the world, so bring your trucks and boats, we have plenty of parking and our garage has a fish cutting table and a freezer.

We have a Level 2 EV charger available if needed.

We also allow pets to come along. They are family too. There is $150 nonrefundable pet fee that will be added to your stay.

Great little getaway

The house was a great stay. Very comfortable, clean, and close to downtown. The Jet Express was an easy walk so didn’t have to pay for parking. Carrie was a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions and also just to check in to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend if needing a quick getaway and close to a lot of restaurants and beach.

This place is beautiful! Not only was there a fire place they even had firewood. Inside had everything we needed! Beds were very comfy, towels were provided. Pet friendly fully gated just all round great place to stay! If I ever come back to put in bay I want no other place to stay at other than this one. My whole family was impressed and happy

Great Well-Equipped Home

Hi came with friends and family to fish for a week and we loved this house. It is well furnished. The beds were comfortable and really we had everything that we needed for a great week. We loved relaxing in the evening at the fire pit. We hope to come back again next year.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. There was everything we could possibly need in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. Such a cute house. My grandson loved the porch tv where he could hang out and watch what he wanted. I would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Comfortable home in Port Clinton

This home was perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to have multiple family members stay with us and we were close to other family members staying in Port Clinton. The home was clean, had plenty of kitchen accessories and very comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay again.

Hello! We’re Missy and Keith from Pittsburgh, PA. We have five children, two grandchildren, and a third on the way. About eight years ago, we discovered Port Clinton while visiting for a fall college hockey tournament in Toledo, and we instantly fell in love with the area.

What drew us in was the small-town charm, the slower pace of life, the friendly people, and of course, the beautiful proximity to the water. There’s truly nothing like the sound of waves and seagulls to help you relax and unwind. With a son living north of Detroit, this home has also become a perfect central gathering place for our family.

Over the years, we’ve put a lot of care and love into updating and improving this home to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We’ve installed central air, renovated the bathroom and kitchen, added a dishwasher, and recently installed new flooring. We also added an adjustable base to the main bedroom for extra comfort. The beds are fully protected with zippered mattress covers, and we take pride in keeping everything clean and fresh with regularly updated linens.

This isn’t just a house to us—it’s a place where we create memories with family and friends, and we truly love being here. We hope you’ll enjoy it just as much as we do. By the way O - H
