Regarding the ants, this was unexpected and occurred following a period of heavy rain, which can occasionally cause seasonal ant activity in the area. The home has since been treated to ensure this is fully resolved. For clarity, the home’s layout—including the two upstairs bedrooms, staircase, and walkway into the home is outlined in the listing description and photos so guests can review the setup prior to booking. The nearby train line is also noted, as it is part of the surrounding area. We did experience a significant wind and rain storm just prior to your arrival, which likely caused the outdoor trash bin to tip over. I apologize for that inconvenience on arrival. The kitchen setup, including the Keurig coffee maker, is accurately described in the listing, and we aim to provide clear details so guests know what to expect. Lastly, your reservation was confirmed for April 15–19, and the system reflects those dates accordingly. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay with ANY concerns, as we are happy to address issues in real time whenever possible, however you did not provide us that opportunity.
