Next to North Scottsdale and Carefree, this huge 1BR Cave Creek Casita is located on a large, gated lot. Furnished by an interior designer, the casita has a full kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, double sided sink, separate dining area, full bedroom and bathroom, and washer / dryer unit. Fireplace (electric), central A/C, and private patio with BBQ, patio furniture and views of Black Mountain.
Separate dining area with table and seating for 6. Living room with large leather couch, driftwood coffee table, end table, lamp, HDTV and fireplace. Home has separate huge bedroom queen bed and night stands, large closet and with office area with desk and chair. Desert landscaping including mesquite trees, and giant saguaro cacti.
Short cab ride to the Cave Creek Main Strip. Around the corner from Sprouts, Fry's Signature Marketplace, Walmart, and a lap pool and fitness center at Desert Hills YMCA. Close to Dove Valley Ranch, Tatum Ranch and Whisper Rock Golf Clubs in the Cave Creek / North Scottsdale area.
This large casita is a cozy retreat spot for anyone visiting the area. From great shopping to great dining and hiking, Cave Creek is a fun little western town. It is also very comfortable in the summers, with temperatures far below the Phoenix Metro area.
