Looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind? Our Paradise Oasis has it all! Spend your days lounging by the pool with a fire pit table, listening to the calming sound of the waterfall, or cooling off in the pool. When it’s time to unwind, the hot tub is waiting for you.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept living area on the first floor. There are 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office (perfect for remote work), and a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. For entertainment, enjoy movie nights on the huge 90” TV in the main living area or retreat to the private living space with a 75” TV. The home is also equipped with smart appliances and a power reclining sofa to make your stay even more comfortable.

Located in the quiet suburb of Pflugerville, we’re just one street away from the Austin city limits, so you’ll have the peace and quiet you want while being close to all the excitement Austin has to offer.

Guests have access to the entire house over 2,000 sq ft, ensuring a completely private and relaxing stay. The home is fully yours to enjoy, from the spacious living areas to the bedrooms and bathrooms. For added convenience, there’s an EV charger in the garage, making it easy for electric vehicle owners to charge up during their stay(please let us know prior for access code). Whether you're here for a short visit or an extended getaway, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and private experience.

The house is privately owned and managed, with local support available to ensure you have a seamless and worry-free stay.

Please note that there is an additional $150 fee per weekend for access to the heat for hot tub during your stay, which is charged separately.

Families can rest easy knowing all exits to the pool area are childproof and require adult assistance to access the backyard.

House Rules


Late Checkout: A $100 late checkout fee will apply if checkout is not completed by 11:00 AM unless other wised approved.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM. No outside or loud music after 11:00 PM, and please turn off all outdoor lights to respect our neighbors. Violations may result in removal from the property and a $400 fine.

Smoking: A $600 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house. Absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors.

Security Cameras: Please do not obstruct the view of any outdoor security cameras for liability reasons requirement of Texas pool laws.

Towels and Linens: Do not remove towels or linens from the property. A $50 fee will apply for any missing items.

Long Stays: For stays longer than 20 days, guests will be required to pay for water and electricity usage upon checkout. Pool maintains and yard maintenance include in pricing.
