Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin(newly constructed), the perfect place for year-round fun! Nestled just 0.25 miles away from the trail system, our cabin offers the ultimate convenience for outdoor enthusiasts.

Our cabin features an open concept design, with tons of windows and natural light flooding the space. Whether you're snuggled up on the couch or cooking in the kitchen, you'll feel right at home. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the fresh air and stunning views.

The basement has a game room, complete with an air hockey table, foosball table, a dart board, and plenty of space to hang out with friends and family. After a long day of hiking, biking, or hanging out on the water unwind on the deck or catch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV.

Absolutely stunning property! We have stayed in a few other cabins in the area over the years and this by far is one of the best. Absolutely beautiful everywhere you look, plenty of games and water toys available great location, very close to town if you need anything, we always seem to forget something. Looking forward to staying again! Thank you!

Extended Hunting Week

Spent 9 nights over the extended hunting week and couldn't have asked for any better stay! House was perfect and in a beautiful area, yet only a mile out of town for convenience. This property would be one to stay at during any time of the year. Very happy to have found and would definitely return!

Everything You Need and More

My family and I had an incredible time on this property. I actually wish we had less large family stuff going on so we could have enjoyed it more. Privacy, plenty of space, fire pit, lake view and access. This house was beautiful, clean and well thought out. There was even a huge sandbox my 3 year old loved. We have been visiting Winter for some time and this is one of the most beautiful and comfortable properties we have stayed at. Would have loved to cook a meal and eat on the deck! Make sure you have time to enjoy this place when you go!

Beautiful, Spacious, and Well-Appointed

We stayed for a visit with friends in the area and to do some grouse hunting (our dogs stay in our trucks when we travel). This place has a great view, is well-separated from the neighbors (although our dogs did make friends with a neighbor's dog one morning when we let them out of the trucks!). The kitchen is big and has real appliances (not miniature versions common in cabins). Ideal for making a big meals for a group. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Big deck with nice furniture. Easily the nicest place we have stayed at in this area over many years.

Just what we were looking for!

We had high expectations based on the photos in the listing. We were not disappointed, in fact it was even better in person. The "cabin" is open, spacious and comfortable. This property has it all - the host has thought of everything you may need, making it feel like home while on a relaxing get-away with an amazing outdoor space and view! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, small appliances, pots/pans, etc. if you plan on cooking there. The kitchen is so inviting and a joy to cook in. We enjoyed watching the neighborhood critters occasionally visit to steal birdfood out of the feeders as we cooked and did dishes. Jody was a wonderful host - very accomodating with excellent communication. The property has so many fun things to do. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and an attempt at paddle boarding, along with all the games in the basement. We wanted a family vacation without the typical tourist-trap attractions and tons of people. This location was perfect for that. It is secluded, quiet and relaxing, yet there are things to do nearby if desired. We traveled to Hayward for antiquing, mini golf and dinner. Winter is only about a mile away. It's a small little town, but offers a large grocery store with a great variety of food and beverages and a couple little restruants. To say we were pleased with our stay would be an understatement. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you for a wonderful trip- we hope to be back again!
