This truly special Seabrook Island vacation home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an oceanside screened porch and a deluxe kitchen for easy entertainment. Guests may purchase amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club separately.
The reverse floor plan offers abundant natural light and ocean peaks from the upper deck off the living room. When you enter the living area you are greeted by beautiful, oak wood flooring, custom cabinets with games and books for guest enjoyment, and a huge TV with a SONOS sound bar. The kitchen was completely opened creating a much more inviting space for family gatherings. It features tiled countertops with stainless steel trim, custom fixtures and lighting, a wine refrigerator, butcher block island, and custom white cabinetry with stainless hardware. A powder room with penny tiled flooring is conveniently located off the living room.
2248 Rolling Dunes comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The master suite is off the upstairs living area and is warmly appointed with a king bed, wall mounted TV and slight ocean peaks from the large picture window. The ensuite bathroom is updated with a subway tiled walk-in glass shower, river rock basin, modern grey ceramic tiled floors, wainscoting, stainless steel countertops and a sleek, modern feel. The additional guest bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom two offers two twin beds and a full private bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 3 is a king bedroom on the ocean side with access to the screened porch, and bedroom 4 features two trundle beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom.
On the first floor there is an extra-large screened porch with lots of seating to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes, twice the size of all the others in North Beach. There is also an additional open sun deck upstairs off the living area and a gas grill and an outdoor shower under the house for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
This sought-after Seabrook beach cottage is located in North Beach with prime beach access and only a short bike ride from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. Amenity cards may be purchased to access two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Beach Access: The beach boardwalk is only 1 minute from the house.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
