Relaxed Coastal Retreat in the Heart of Seabrook Island
Welcome to 4013 Bridle Trail, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom vacation home located on a quiet corner lot in the sought-after Village at Seabrook. With classic Southern porches and a bright, coastal interior, this home is perfectly suited for families and friends looking to enjoy a comfortable, low-key island getaway.
The location is hard to beat—just steps from the Seabrook Island Lake House, pools, playground, equestrian center, and tennis/pickleball courts, with the beach only a short bike ride away. The Village of Seabrook also has it's own regime pool access (fob needed for entry).
Inside, the home feels open and airy with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank pine floors, plantation shutters, and soft coastal décor throughout. The open living area is ideal for relaxing together after a day at the beach or out exploring the island.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a large island with seating for five. The adjacent dining area seats up to 8 guests, making it easy to gather for meals, games, and conversation.
Sleeping accommodations include:
First-floor guest bedroom with King bed and a private bath
Kids' bunk room with custom built-in XL twin bunks (sleeps four) and a private bath
Upstairs primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, offering a quiet retreat
For added fun, guests can enjoy the garage and backyard game area featuring ping pong, cornhole, bocce ball, and kids' games. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, and practical conveniences like a full-size washer and dryer and private driveway parking make longer stays easy.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a peaceful beach escape, 4013 Bridle Trail offers comfort, convenience, and easy coastal living on Seabrook Island.
Located near the Equestrian and Tennis Centers and the Lake House facilities, this home is convenient to so many activities. The neighborhood pool/ picnic area is a short walk from this home. If you are heading to the beach, there are 11 different beach accesses with parking pads along Oyster Catcher Court and Seabrook Island Road (approx. 2.2 miles). Walk or ride the path around Palmento Lake to the Lake House facility were you can use the indoor pool/fitness center (fees apply), outdoor pool (no fees), or play on the playground or basketball court. The Club is approximately 3.2 miles from the house.
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
