Available September & October 2023, the most beautiful month in Coronado. This condo is our primary residence, as we spend the summer months with our family in the distant mountains. Condo is updated with magnificent amenities for large families and guests. This condo is decorated with a beach modern style and top of the line appliances. Condo is 1250 sq ft with 800 sq ft of additional private outdoor patio space.

Walk in through the front door and be greeted with bay views, open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware one would need to make the meal of their dreams!

The dining space features a custom dining booth that can seat up to eight people. There is also additional seating at the breakfast island for four.

The living room features spectacular bay views, a cozy sectional with tons of seating, a pull-out King sofa sleeper, an electronic recliner, an HDTV with cable and streaming capabilities, and ceiling fan. There is also a built-in full size murphy bed with a luxury mattress and built-in desk to accommodate our work-from-home guests.


Step into the master bedroom which features a top-of-the-line Tempur Pedic King bed with electric tilt, HDTV with streaming capabilities & cable, built-in desk, ceiling fan, electric blinds and black out shades, and bay views. Attached is an ensuite master bathroom with a double vanity, soaker tub, Toto toilet, and elegant walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet with a stackable washer & dryer.

Head down the hall to the guest suite which features a luxury queen size bed with a TempurPedic overlay. There is also a built-in murphy bed with a luxury queen mattress for additional sleeping. Enjoy the bay views from bed, electric blinds and blackout shades, HDTV with cable. Head into the grand walk-in closet that leads into the modern bathroom with an elegant walk-in shower, toilet, and double vanity with tons of storage.


The 800 sqft terrace has a beautiful custom-built Granite table with seating for 8 people. Additional seating and couches fill the remainder of the patio to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or outdoor entertainment. The patio also features propane heaters, a BBQ grill & Traeger Smoker. We also have stocked our guests with beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, cornhole set, & more.

The garage features 2 tandem parking spots available for our guests, as well as storage racks, bikes and child carrier, kayak, surfboard, boogie boards, and a wagon to haul your items to the beach!

This condo is a non-smoking unit & beach access without having to go through a formal lobby.
