We are the Champagne Family. Ben, Andrea, and Lillian. We had many great years in this place until we finally decided we needed more space to expand the family. This lovely 2/2 townhouse is on the quiet end of the island. 3 miles from boardwalk and restaurants. Free trolley (early May-August) right out front. 200yd walk to the gulf. Complex pool(only 8 units) with shower. One bedroom and full bath is on first floor with the kitchen/living area while the 2nd floor is entirely the master suite with private balcony large walk-in closet and laundry room. Garage available for use. New mini grocery/coffee/deli shop directly across the street!! WE ALLOW PETS BUT THERE IS A FEE!!

Beautiful townhome! We stayed here for a family girls’ getaway and loved it. Very clean and comfortable, and the owner responded to my messages almost immediately. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

This was exactly what we were looking for on this trip! Short walk and easy access to the beach, a short car ride to all the shops/restaurants, and the property couldn’t have been any more perfect for our small group of people and a puppy dog! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Great property, incredibly close to a quieter spot on Pensacola Beach. There were roaches and other critters however on the first floor and in some of the drawers and the freezer. I understand it's summer in the south and roaches especially are hard to prevent, but my sister and I can't stand bugs. Otherwise a perfect property.

We stayed at this property for our family vacation (myself, husband and 2 teen daughters) and were very happy with everything about it. The property itself was clean, spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms worked really well for the four of us. It was well stocked with basic supplies and was a quick and easy drive to multiple restaurants, shopping areas and recreation areas. The pool was small, but a nice option. The neighbors were friendly and the area felt safe. The host was quick to respond to questions and was always very gracious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

Overall, was a great experience. I was somewhat surprised and expected there would be food storage wrap(foil, Saran Wrap, baggies or even covered bowl set) there was none. Downstairs shower didn’t work - tub works but shower didn’t.

Excellent Location

The property was very clean and in a great location. We walked around the block to the beach daily and then drove the 5 minutes to restaurants nightly. I enjoyed the private master suite upstairs with the laundry and huge closet.

A great stay at the beach!

This townhome was perfect for our week at the beach! It was in a great location and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The pool was on the smaller side, but our kids loved it! Ben was extremely responsive when I reached out with questions.The only negative was that some of the dishes and other kitchen items needed a more thorough wash before we used them, but that was a minor thing.

Had A Great Time!

I was going to the area for my 45th high school class reunion, so I decided to take advantage and spend the week at Pensacola Beach. The house was clean and comfortable. Just what I needed for a much needed vacation. Our host was quick to come to our aid when we had a problem with the garage door. He was great!

Loved our stay

My daughter and I joined my husband for his work trip recently and we LOVED our little stay at Ben’s house on Pensacola beach. The communication was quick and easy and the house itself was so clean and well equipped compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The kitchen is well stocked, there were beach towels, and even beach chairs in the garage if needed. We enjoyed all of the local amenities and had many great evenings just sitting on the back decks. We ate at Peg Leg Pete’s and Crabs on the beach, both were phenomenal and found some great souvenir’s at the local stores. Publix is just a short drive away over the bridge if you need to purchase groceries for your stay. There is a bit of a walk to the beach but we had a beach wagon to help us carry everything, which that is something I highly recommend bringing if you plan to take many things to the beach. There is also a very clean pool on the property if that is more your thing. I did see many ppl on golfcarts, which unlike many other beach towns we’ve stayed in, it appears that golfcarts can be driven on the main road into town. We didn’t rent one this stay but would definitely do so in the future. The only possible suggestion I would have would be to have a king size bed option for one of the rooms but that is definitely not a deterrent for booking in the future. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Ben for being such an amazing host!!

Perfect Memorial Weekend Location

Excellent location for beach access, being fairly close to Portofino. Everyone had exactly what they needed and the garage availability really helped keep the car seats cool and made for an excellent place to organize packing the car each day.

Great stay with our dogs!

This place was great to unwind with our fur babies! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were clean and comfy. Ben was an absolute amazing host and we enjoyed quick open communication from the time we booked! I would definitely stay here again. There was a super cute deli/convenience/liquor store across the street with very reasonable prices!

There were some disappointing moments but the unit is clean. The 1st floor shower needs work. A few other issues with wasp nest and electric outlets. But very nicely staged and clean.

Great place for dogs!

Very centrally located to alot of attractions and good eats. 2 nice queen beds. Quiet neighbors which was a plus for our dog.

Great Dog Friendly townhouse

Although the outside looks a bit rough, the inside is clean and well appointed. Plenty of room and comfortable. Just down the street from restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Fun Getaway

Great location, exceptionally clean! Very spacious condo and only minutes from the beach. Host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a pet friendly rental in the Pensacola area.

Smelled like a wet dog

The place needs some outside cosmetic work. Walking in smells of wet dog was not what I was expecting. I know it’s a pet friendly place but still. The couch needs a cover. Smelled like dog. The first place I ever stayed with a nasty sponge on the kitchen sink and no paper towels.
