OK place to stay

The house worked alright for our visit to the area. It was well equipped for our family to stay a couple of days. The neighborhood was a little run down, but we had no issues.

Overall it was your typical rental. Well stocked, very clean. King bed way too soft but some people like it that way. But the other beds were fine. House could use some home improvements, outside a little run down. It served its purpose!

Graduation Visit

Family was visiting the area for college graduation and found this to be a great location to the university and to good restaurants in the local area. House was perfect for us and the yard for the dog was most convenient. Master bedroom was big and the memory foam king siz bed was large. Good stay overall.

Great long weekend stay

The house was great for our buddies golf trip. Everyone had space and their own bed. The house location was convenient to the greater Myrtle area but also wasn’t a far drive to Pawleys Island either. Check in/out was extremely easy and Katherine was always quick to answer any questions I might have had.

Great house

We visited the area for a family celebration in Conway and this location was perfect for us. The house was super clean and very spacious. All of the rooms were furnished comfortably. I would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful place

The inside of the house was breathtaking at a wonderful location your across from a lake the house is very roomy plenty of sleeping space if you wanted to take a large family plus your about 15-20 min to the beach we took our dog an they had everything set up for your dog me an my husband was very pleased will have to go again

Beautiful spacious and clean

Beautiful inside. So clean. We had everything we needed in Kitchen. We loved the TVs in the Bedrooms. Having two dogs was so wonderful to have a fenced-in yard for them to play in.

The property was very clean and inviting. We immediately felt at home when we unpacked. The rooms and property were as advertised. The beds were comfortable and we slept well in the quiet neighborhood. We brought our Vespa scooters and had no problem riding in the area or to the beach. Plenty of shops and stores nearby. The fenced in yard was very nice for our dogs to roam around and lit well at night. We had no issues and would rent again from the owner with no hesitation. If you have a boat or jet ski, this would be a perfect spot. There is a public boat ramp literally right outside the front door. Plenty of parking too.

Amazing home

This home was great it was about 20 minutes from the beach but overall it was amazing for all of my friends. It was a very nice home the pictures do not do it justice, it is bigger in person in my opinion.:)

Aside from the egg that the Florida baseball team laid, I have nothing but nice things to say about the stay. Well, the ECU fans are something. But anythewho, the house, while older, served all our needs. It’s pet friendly and is spacious enough to accommodate a family trip. The owner is prompt with communication and the house is located conveniently close to both Conway and Myrtle Beach. Apparently it had rained like cats and dogs for days before we got there, which did turn the backyard into a swamp. But so close to the river and with so much rain, not so much could be done. Still quite enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Peachwood property

Lovely home. Great host. Home was clean and well-cared for. Air conditioning stopped working. We contacted the owner and he had a repairman out within the hour and had it repaired! Owner was very easy to contact and pleasant to deal with and thanked us for letting him know. Setting very nice and family-friendly. Very close to beaches and shopping. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Trip

We had a great time! The house was clean and had everything we needed. I gave the description four stars because we found that the king bed isn’t really a true king bed. It’s two twins put together. I would have liked to know that because my husband is 6’3” and the bed was way too short for him and he couldn’t even have his feet just hang off because there was a foot board. Otherwise great house and I would go there again.

The property had a nice front yard, secure location, and spacious inside. However, the day before departure to go to the VRBO I received a notice that the floor had some water damage and to be careful. Upon arrival the floor in the hall bathroom was significantly soft as well as that in the Master Suite and hallway. This was a family vacay and we had to tip toe around and could barely walk down the hall. Also, the back bathroom kept overflowing we assumed due to the water damage. Not sure. The linen on the beds were stained so we washed them all before going to bed and the mattress in the guest room had large stains as well. We had no wifi the first day which we called in to VRBO to resolve. I have pictures of how we left the place because I was afraid of anyone saying we left it in a bad way. We spent most of the time cleaning the first 2-3 days. You can tell this is a vacay home or investment property that is'nt maintained properly no disrepect to the owner. I love the location and the space inside. However, due to having the unsafe issue with the flooring and hygenic issues from the bedding. I would like to request a partial refund or credit for 2-3 days to stay at another time when the flooring and hygiene issues have been resolved. Not sure who cleans this property but the owner should report them. As I said, I have pics of how we left the property which is in A condition and I'm sure the owner can vouch for that. Thank you for communication, we notified guest 1hr of us finding out about floor. Guest out on Sunday contractor started on Monday to fix 1 area that we worried about. Other areas were treated to stop future decay. First time hearing of not clean! No photos sent to us about stains. We arrived at property Sunday afternoon & checked personally on safety & conditions. Toilet was plugged with a big bar of soap (we don't supply) toilet had to be removed and cleaned. House was left nice, thank you. We do have a 99.9% rating with our 4yrs. at our vacation home.
