A nice, quiet, comfortable place! We (myself and my Miniature Schnauzers) loved our stay and I so wanted to stay longer. It was so convenient for the furry babies. Our hostess, Karen is amazing! She provided everything we needed for our stay. I hope that I'll be coming back here again in the very near future! We loved staying here! The place exudes character from every corner. It was so comfortable and the view was glorious. It’s an easy walk to great restaurants and to the touring boats docked by the Dali house. Highly recommend!

Difficult to find because you don’t realize that there are two houses at that address. Ours was the house in the rear. I loved having a fenced backyard. House was clean and was decorated nicely. But, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. We ended up moving to a resort because of the mildew.

Awesome place.

Very dog friendly with nice dog yard. Furnishings were great. Had everything you could want. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and the hosts were terrific.

Wonderful vacation stay

Perfect house for us and our dog, had everything we could possibly need, even a basket of dog toys (which our fussy dog ignored!). Beautifully furnished and very clean. Very close to community park and marsh walk, close to Garden City beach. Other beaches, Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park only a few miles away.

Just ok.

The property is a shared property. We were in the second unit. We had a few unwelcome guests in the form of bugs and our neighbors in the other unit left early due to the bugs they found in their unit. The signage in the unit is a little hostile. The dishes must be cleaned and dried or you’ll be charged, don’t take their towels to the beach or you’ll be charged. And we were actually charged $70 because we had a party of more than two people. It’s a really dated space with linen that aren’t the cleanest and it isn’t in the best location. The vibe isn’t designed so you feel comfortable and welcome. However, it is more affordable than newer rentals. The beach is walkable but, you have to walk on the shoulder of a pretty busy road and bridge with no side walk. It’s pretty much necessary to drive if you have children or less active members in your party. There are enough places for 8 to sleep comfortably and the kitchen has a decent amount of amenities, it could just really use an upgrade.
