Niagara Falls - great location!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Coffee was included and nice to have in the morning, but bring your own shampoo & conditioner. Very close to state park entrance, and close to Spot Cafe (great for breakfast)!

Location was perfect!

We never had to move our car. Location was perfect! We walked all over Niagara Falls and enjoyed everything about the condo!

Great location

This property was located close enough to walk to Prospect Point, Shoreline trail, and restaurants. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great Location

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location has such easy access to the falls, and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere in town that we wanted to go. As a family of 4 with 2 adult children this gave us the extra space we needed without having to buy 2 hotel rooms. The place is not super luxurious, but is well stocked with all the basics that we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great location. Very walkable to Niagara park and a few restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed to met our needs. A bonus were the Kurig cups to get us started for the day. Happy Family!

Great location!

The town homes were perfect! Modern, clean & the amenities were just right! The location to falls was my favorite! Directly across the street was a trail that led to the American falls and Goat island. The town home was in walking distance to the casino and a few places to eat. I highly recommend this location for the price and convenience. Staff was very courteous, professional, and communicated pretty well. Parking was a little hard to locate but once you found the spots they well marked and just a short walk away.

Wonderful Location for Niagara Falls Exploration

The property was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate too. The beds were comfortable and I was thankful for the additional pillows with cases to add to the beds for neck support. A nice, new building in a slightly run-down town. There was a heat wave while we were there and the AC worked great. It is in a perfect location for both the US side (literally right beside the Niagara State Park) and crossing the Rainbow Bridge to Canada by foot. We are a family that does not mind walking a nice walkable city. You do enter on a ground floor and have to navigate steps for anyone with any disabilities. It was not a problem for us ranging in age from 19 to 60. Well stocked with Frank providing some coffee pods for the Keurig, washing machine pods, and dishwasher detergent too. We only stayed for four nights (5 days) and had plenty of supplies and the kitchen had everything we needed for having breakfast in the town home. Saved money and more convenient with those that wanted to sleep in on a few of our days. The kitchen could have been used to prepare meals but we chose to eat out. Frank is a great host and was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Niagara Falls Weekend Visit

Accommodations were very nice and spacious, location was close to all things Niagara Falls including park, tours, and bridge to travel to Canada. It was not 100% clear where we should park once we arrived. Parking is off the property in a nearby hotel lot, which I learned once I actually entered the apartment. A parking pass is provided, display in car window, and there is an assigned space in the hotel parking lot. To get back to apartment, there is a gate at the backend of the lot, go through, proceed to the right and within 100+ yards you are there.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Two couples (60+ in age) stayed in the 310B (upper) townhouse. It was an awesome experience! We loved the location---walking distance from Niagara Falls State Park. Directly across the street from the townhouse there is a walking path that leads you directly to the State Park. The house was clean and completely furnished with everything that we needed. It is an upstairs unit (which we already knew), but we are all physically fit and had no problem climbing the stairs to go to the townhouse each evening after we came back from sightseeing. We were able to park on the street right outside of the unit without having to pay for parking (the parking meter was broken). Normally you would park at the hotel close by (and use a parking pass to put in your car that you will find in the unit when you arrive). Not sure what parking on the street would normally cost, but it was really convenient for us to be parked 20 ft from our door! The owner checked in with us after we arrived to make sure that everything was okay. I appreciate that! I definitely would recommend this place (I actually already have) for anyone who has no issue with steps. Even if you have children....you have room right inside the private entrance ground foyer to park a stroller and then go up the steps. The door to the unit (at the top of the stops) also locks after you get in. I actually prefer being on the second floor instead of ground floor. Walking distance to restaurants and casino. No complaints!
