The space
Mayhaven has been designed to allow our guests to relax in comfort, and we do all we can to keep our space a well-maintained, clean haven. A mixture of stylish and cozy decor combined with practical items will allow you the ease to enjoy your visit to Walker and the surrounding area.

SLEEPING/BEDS:
*Master bedroom includes king memory foam mattress, dresser, double closet, and ensuite full bathroom. Room darkening curtains.
* 2nd Vintage bedroom includes a queen bed and vintage elements. A dresser and closet for clothing. Room darkening curtains.
*3rd Fireplace bedroom includes a queen memory foam mattress and electric fireplace for cozy or romantic vibes. Dresser and large closet.
*4th Reflections bedroom includes a queen memory foam mattress, vintage elements, and a clothing wardrobe.
*5th Twins bedroom includes two twin beds, contemporary decor, and a clothing wardrobe.

KITCHEN and DINING:
*Full kitchen
*Stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, and most basic kitchen items.
*Drip coffee pot and Keurig. K-cups not provided.
*Dining room table may be expanded with two leaves. Seats 10.

LIVING ROOM:
*Leather sectional, comfortable chairs, and throw blankets make this a perfect spot for chatting, enjoying the natural light and view accessible through a room full of windows!
*Vaulted ceilings and an open concept with the dining room and kitchen allow for groups to hang out in a spacious, yet relaxing area.

THREE BATHROOMS:
#1: Master bedroom has ensuite full bathroom with two sinks.
#2: Main full bathroom features a pocket door to separate the vanity from the bath and toilet. No more waiting to brush your teeth!
#3: Lower level bathroom includes a shower.

MEDIA ROOM/OFFICE:
*65" smart TV. You may also access Netflix and Amazon Prime, etc. (if you have your own account).
*Desk for laptop workspace in lower level with many windows allowing natural light.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
*Washer and dryer included.
*Ironing board and iron
*Basic cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum accessible.
*A great place to store luggage, coolers, etc.

DECK/OUTDOORS:
*Step out the dining room onto the deck and enjoy grilling and dining while enjoying a gorgeous view of Lay May! Deck furniture and lighting will be coming soon (photos will be updated)!
*Play-set in the yard includes a slide and two swings.

CHILDREN:
*Toys and books are on-site for a variety of age groups.

Guest access
Enter through the front door (with an assigned code) using a smart lock. The whole home is for your group to enjoy, other than a locked closet in the laundry room. Guests may park four vehicles on the driveway.
Other things to note
We welcome renters who are 25 years or older & require a signed rental agreement to fully confirm your booking. This will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking. Once the signed rental agreement reaches us, booking will be complete.
