Check-in was quick & easy. The house was beautiful & spacious and was stocked with all of the necessities needed for an enjoyable stay.The washer wasn't working, which was a downer as I was nearing the end of my trip and wanted to pack a suitcase of clean clothes. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay again

we really enjoyed our stay at this property. We used it as home base for all of our rain forest adventures. The host was fantastic and the house had everything we needed and more. Princess has an amazing check in packet that explains everything in great detail along with many suggestions for the area. We felt very secure as the house is on the resort grounds of the Hyatt Grand Reserve. There is a manned gate at the front of the property as well as another gate to enter the neighborhood. The location was great as we were able to get to Luquillo Beach and also El Yunque Rain Forest in less than 20 min. The house was very clean. The air conditioning worked great in every room. (The AC was turned off when we arrived, so we just turned them on and went to the local grocery store to grab supplies and when we got back, everything was cooled off). There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is one bedroom downstairs and two bathroom. It made it easy to let them wife have the master bathroom while I used the other bathroom to shower since it was just outside our bedroom door. The living area with TV is upstairs. There is a ton of space on the different patios both upstairs and downstairs. Like I said, the house had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs and a tent, there were a couple of ice chests that we used to go take drinks to the beach. We didn't use the golf cart but it was there. Would recommend this house!

Would Stay Again!

Lots of room i side and out. Multiple areas for mumfiple people and all are large enough to accommodate the entire group. Plus 4bathrooms is always good. Safe area close to Hacienda Siesta Alegre for the weddi g.

Beautiful spot!

Our family LOVED this house and the surrounding beauty of the golf course with the mountains in the background. It was well furnished with pretty much everything we needed and was close to the attractions we wanted to see while there. Amazing memories!

An excellent vacation home in Rio Grande

Our multi-generational group of eight found everything we needed in this lovely, well-appointed home: comfortable accommodations for everyone, a quiet neighborhood, multiple areas for everyone to relax outdoors among the gorgeous, lush plants, and good proximity to all of our planned activities. Our rented vehicle was all we needed to get everywhere we wanted to be, and we looked forward to coming "home" every evening. It was a wonderful experience for us!

Serenity and peacefulness

Very well kept older home. Extremely well decorated with all the amenities you could one. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Princess is a Superb hostess and ensured we had a great time. Even my teenage grandsons put their electronics long enough to enjoy and that’s a feat. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

My boyfriend and my four kids ages 11, 14, 15, and 20 stayed at the property from March 27th- April 1st. From the moment we pulled up, we were in amazement at how beautiful the outside of the property was. Once we entered, we were in awe at the cleanliness and beauty of the property. Not only was it spacious, it had enough rooms for us to not be cramped on top of each other. There were four full baths that made showering much easier for everyone. The home was well stocked with all of the essentials you could imagine and then some! Princess thought of everything! We had the ease of really enjoying our stay and not focusing on what the property didn’t have; that was never the issue. Beds comfy! The office area was one of my favorite rooms. I was able to finish up some small details for work as my boyfriend and the kids who were able to stay on task with very small amounts of schoolwork. It was like home away from home! The pictures are exactly like the home as well as the descriptions but once arriving it will blow your mind! My three girls enjoyed the upper and lower patios and my 15 year old LOVED laying in the hammocks. I highly recommend this property and when we return next year, we are booking! It’s in a great location. The beach is beautiful. We drove and walked a very short distance to the beach. We loved our stay. This property made our me and the kids first trip to Puerto Rico one to remember!

A Beautiful Vacation Home!

Princess' home was a wonderful, clean, spacious place for my family of six to rest and recharge in Puerto Rico. We really enjoyed the lay out of the home and the outdoor space and beautiful gardens. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and enjoyed walking or taking the golf cart to the small primitive beach nearby. The older kids enjoyed surfing at La Pared which is about 15 minutes away and the younger kids enjoyed playing in the sand beneath the shade of a palm tree.

Family Vacation Near a Beach

My family of 6 all loved the house. It was comfy and had several places to either gather or escape to read or relax. My 2 adult sons, and their gals, loved the quick trek to the beach for sunny during the day and enjoying the sunset. Security in the area was impressive, neighbors were quiet and communication with Princess great! I highly recommend!
