Disappointing
While we have stayed at many VRBO properties and have always had nice experiences I cannot say that for this one. First off be aware that bedrooms are separated quite a bit if you have small kids. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level with the living area while one bedroom and bathroom are accessible only from the outside on the first floor. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are also only a accessible from the outside and are detached from the rest of the house. You will only have 1-2 towels per bathroom during your stay and there are zero pool towels. We picked up 5 days worth of groceries for our stay right before arriving but the fridge was not working. We had to buy coolers and ice throughout the week to try to keep our perishable items cool. We had contacted the company immediately after finding out but nothing was done to remedy the situation during our stay. We had to try to eat as much of that food we could before it went bad. $700 worth of groceries. The grill did not work either. Maintenance said they would replace it but that was also not done during our stay. There was one dish rag in the kitchen in total. We are a very laid back family but the amount of issues this property had that went unaddressed really put a damper on our otherwise nice stay.
