Great experience!

My family had a fantastic time! The place was great, the hosts responded super fast, and the shuttle service running multiple times a day was so convenient. We'd definitely come back!

Great place for families

A wonderful place to stay!! Loved the decor, all the coffee options, and the Mickey waffles (the owner left waffle mix) were a huge hit with my kids!! Will definitely book again if we get to come back!

An Amazing Place For A Relaxing Vacation

We loved staying at this location. The unit was spacious, well stocked with what we needed, and it was very cozy. What you get for the price is amazing. You're close to the parks, there's good food near by, and you can travel to other Florida spots with ease. If you're looking to book a Disney vacation you NEED to stay here.

Amazing!

This stay was perfect! Booking was easy and Ray communicated to get it all locked in. It was super easy to locate the address as well as it was close to all of the places we were heading! Huge lobby with snacks for when we got in. The room was decked out in all things Disney which made even the adults feel great! The kitchen was out of the this world with multiple types of coffee, and a full margarita machine! If we knew we would have liked the condo so much we would have added another day to stay and hang there.

Simply beyond magical

We just got home from our Orlando trip and I had to leave a review because this place was truly amazing. A lot of people prefer staying on Disney property, but for us, convenience matters more. We love being able to park our car, walk a few steps, and go straight into our room without a long hike across a resort. That’s why we’ve started staying with Cox Realty for our last few trips, and once again, they did not disappoint. The lobby immediately gives you that magical Disney welcome. It’s beautifully decorated with Steamboat Mickey murals, and one thing we really loved was the convenience of the information desk. Not only did we get coupons for perks and dinner, but the attendant was incredibly informative and genuinely helpful with tips for the parks and other attractions. They also offer stroller rentals, which is a huge bonus for families. The shuttles to the parks were fantastic—never crowded and always running on a clear, posted schedule. Another thing that made our stay so easy was the keypad entry. The host sent our access code ahead of time, so we never had to deal with hotel key cards or worry about losing anything. It was quick, seamless, and super convenient after long days at the parks. Our daughter was in heaven when we walked into the unit. There were two life-size Mickey and Minnie plushes on the bed, cute character placemats, a sweet welcome basket, and even characters on the couch. The whole room had that fun Disney vibe that makes you instantly feel like you’re officially on vacation. The space itself is perfect for families. The full kitchenette was a lifesaver—full-size fridge, stove, coffee maker, everything. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate having a real refrigerator instead of the tiny ones you get in most Disney rooms. It made mornings, snacks, and leftovers so much easier. The staff was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Any question or small request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. We also loved the onsite amenities—the arcade in the lobby was great, and the heated pool was the perfect way to unwind after long park days. Overall, this place is a total win for us. You still get that Disney magic, but with way more convenience, space, and comfort. We’ll absolutely stay here again on every future Orlando trip!

Best Disney Area Stay

Incredible listing and experience start to finish. The host was very accommodating, kind, and responsive. He went above and beyond for my family to feel comfortable and welcome. Property was way better than expected and the room extras and theming is amazing! 10/10 all around. Would recommend this place for a comfortable and amazing vacation!!! Thank you again. THE BEST.
