There is a mandatory one-time resort fee per unit per stay payable to the front desk upon check-in. This allows guests the use of the building amenities such as the gym, pool and parking. The resort fee is $41.50 USD, payable once for the group staying (not per person). Each guest over 18 will receive a bracelet which will grant them access to these common areas.

Guests are responsible for replacing lost garage and building entry keys. The replacement of garage door opener is $100 and the building entry key is $20.

Large and heavy packages (over 30 lbs.) $10.00
NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and NO PETS inside the apartment. Violators will be fined $500.00
