Scenic Villa at Meadow View

Experience luxury in the pines! Take in the breathtaking view overlooking the Meadow while staying close to town. Our modern cabin/villa is ideal for a family looking for a peaceful trip to the mountains. King size bed, Queen size (sofa bed), large bathroom w/wet room, and a full size kitchen. Tons to do within walking distance including hiking, disc golf and fishing! Popular restaurants are just around the corner or order in and watch your choice of entertainment on two smart TV's.

Villa 2A (Bottom Floor)

We have a total of 12 cabin/villas available at Meadow View!
(6 buildings: Each rent out the top and bottom floors separately)

Bottom floor features a full kitchen with lots of counter space, Keurig Coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, cook top and a Convection microwave. (The Convection Microwave works as a normal microwave or an Oven!)

The Bedroom has a King Bed with a memory foam mattress and down comforter. Other sleeping options are available as well in case you have a few more guests. (Queen size sofa pull out and an air mattress stored in the closet)

You’ll find Sliding Barn doors in the (rock) wall that will extend out and give you additional privacy. (Separates the bedroom from the sitting room)

Enjoy the walk-in shower with two separate shower heads or relax in the tub!

Check-in after 4pm

The day of your arrival, we will generate a new 4 digit code for the door lock and send it to you.

Check-out before 11am

Please take out trash bags and any perishable food to the trash cans on the side of the building.

Everything else should be noted in the welcome book located on the counter.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Scenic Villa at Meadow View in Show Low. The villa was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax, yet it was conveniently close to town, restaurants, and local activities. The villa’s cozy layout and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The Show Low Creek Meadow Trailhead, located directly across the road from the villa, was a wonderful bonus and a perfect spot to walk our dogs each day. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and both check-in and check-out were easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Show Low.

Very private cabin. Beautiful interior design. Perfect for a weekend getaway with you and your spouse in the white mountains. Easy check in process and great views! The areas for the dog to use the restroom worked out great. Would stay again

Everything is good there is also a nice view, the only reason i don’t give a five stars that’s because it’s looks clean but it wasn’t, we ending buying clean the bathroom and floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned as well.

Very nice

Pretty view of meadow. I enjoyed walking across the street to go on a walk. There is a busy street as many reviews mentioned and road noise, but it dies down later in the evening. Bed was hard but comfortable and I loved that it was a king.

We loved staying in 2A! All the comforts of home, including a spa-like bathroom! Allison was very responsive and helpful, and the place was spotless. Would have happily stayed longer. I highly recommend this luxurious experience,!

Great Getaway!

This place was a great getaway from the Phoenix heat! My husband and I stayed here with our dog, and enjoyed the convenience and design of the villa. Check in and check out was very easy. The villa has a really nice design and the small kitchen worked great for cooking a couple meals in! The place does overlook a meadow, however there is a somewhat busy road between the villas and the meadow. It didn’t really bother us during our stay, but just something to keep in mind! We really look forward to staying here again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is beautiful with awesome showers . Another nice touch was a TV in both the bed and living areas . Would rent here again.

Great proximity to town, new and modern.

We were family (sisters and husbands) so used both the bedroom and the hideabed. We noticed the road traffic that others had mentioned but it wasn’t bad as winter time and we weren’t on the deck. The biggest downside was the bathroom door ( which is in the bedroom) is opaque- so when someone gets up in the middle of the night (me!) there is no way to keep from waking up the other one sleeping due to the light. The door needs to be solid, looks cool- just not practical for sleeping if more than 1 person. This rental would be best for single couple or family with young kids ( not modest!) but the light from the large bath ( which was COOL!) would still wake anyone up as it lit the entire room up.

Outstanding weekend outstanding cabin

Very Clean, very pleasing decor and excellent ergonomics. Really liked shower set up. Balcony afforded beautiful views of the Showlow creek meadow. Beautiful morning and evening skies. The only drawback for some people may be that the 260 runs next to units but to me it was a non factor and did not bother me in the least. Everything was great. I will be back.

Awesome Villa-modern, clean and user friendly

The Villa was a great! From check-in to communications and the overall ambience and style of the Villa made our short trip easy, comfortable and enjoyable. The interior style was perfect including the awesome shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen set up had everything we needed. The location was central to everywhere we needed to go including Pinetop and White Mountain hiking trails. Thanks again!

Super cute Villa

We enjoyed our stay at the scenic Villa at Meadow View. The place is very comfortable with a very nice view of the meadow. Just be sure to know there is a busy highway out the back where the view is which makes for a bit of a noisy time on the nice deck. When your inside with the door closed the noise is almost obsolete. I would stay there again.

Incredible 4th in the White Mountains!

Thank you for such a wonderful stay in your beautiful cabin! My family and I visited Show Low for a quick stay over the 4th of July and were pleasantly surprised to find your quaint cabin incredibly convenient, gorgeously decorated, and perfectly planned! I know our request for accommodation was very last-minute but we sincerely appreciate Allison's quick response and follow-up communication!
