This Condo was conveniently located to the beach. It was clean and gave a great view of the ocean.

Arrived early, before 4, but couldn’t get a parking pass to enjoy the beach without being ticketed for parking without pass. No public access parking here. Door Keypad wouldn’t accept codes given/changed all week long. For the cost of this unit it should have washer and dryer available to guest not public coin laundry. Mini splits ac kept rooms cool, if you kept hitting the power up button but the porch was hot to sit on with the air duct sitting there for the unit. Would be better with central ac. Overall stay was nice. Third floor carry up. Little bit of a walk to ocean but not bad. Hot tub sits below porch so some noise from there carried up at night but wasn’t bad. Manager Steven was readily available to try and handle each concern promptly. Overall did enjoy this unit. Was stocked with plenty for daily use except trash bags. Had a good vacation and weather was wonderful. Would possibly rent again. Factors: ac, third floor, keypad, parking pass, washer dryer in unit

We thought a washer and dryer was in the room, but that was the only thing we would have liked to have had.

Old and Small

Poor pans to cook with, no toilet paper, or trash bags. Accessibility poor with no elevator. bathrooms have poor space and countertops. Internal lighting generally poor.

Hey Mark, I’m sorry to hear your stay wasn’t what you’d hoped. We’ve hosted many guests and this is the first negative review we have had. The condo was just completely remodeled last year, as you can see from the photos. And as for the bathroom counter space, you can see the exact setups in this photos (single sinks in both). We took a look back through our inspection photos and see that there was in fact toilet paper provided, and bags in the trash cans for you; sorry if you had trouble but we would have been happy to help you locate these things had you reached out during your stay. We also took a look at the pans provided and found them to be in good shape, but still would have been happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible if we had heard from you! Thank you for taking the time to write a review, as we are always happy to receive feedback!

Nice and very clean

The condo was nice and very clean! They did a nice job on the renovations/aesthetic. We enjoyed the location and liked that there were "quiet hours" at night. Definitely appreciated the beach chairs, toys and dinning recommendations provided. As someone who ready all the reviews when planning a trip, I think it is helpful for the next traveler to know that there were no designated "beach towels” available. Also, the master bathroom sink has very little space for personal items, but it was clearly pictured in the photo supplied by the owners. This did not impact our stay as we have hanging toiletry/cosmetic bags, but defiantly something worth mentioning so you can plan accordingly. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
