Please respect, No loud parties. The backyard of this home is meant to be enjoyed and cherished. The sound of the birds singing is lovely and the quiet stillness on a hot day while reading a book is delightful.

Please respect the neighborhood and avoid making excessive noise.

Scottsdale noise ordinance defines "excessive noise" as any noise in this way: Loud enough to be heard beyond the property line of the source of the noise. Likely to disturb the peace or quiet of a neighborhood, family, or person. The ordinance also sets specific decibel limits for different types of noise. For example, the ordinance prohibits noise from loud music or other amplified sound that exceeds 68 decibels (dB) between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
