The location places you near trails, shopping & dining while the remodeled interior evokes relaxation from the moment you enter. Plenty of cozy spots like the backyard patio with BBQ or the breakfast bar and well-equipped kitchen for gathering. Private yard, washer/dryer & designer details, this residence blends warmth and convenience. We can't wait to host you!

We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Whether it's local tips, help with the home, or anything in between—we're happy to help. Communication is quick and friendly by sending us a message or by calling us.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the backyard, and the garage. Check-in is smooth and secure with a smart lock—no physical keys required. A personalized code will be provided before your arrival, allowing for a flexible and contactless self-check-in.

The home features a private driveway and garage for parking, along with free street parking if needed. Everything is on one level with no interior stairs, making it easy to access for guests of all ages. Your comfort, convenience, and privacy are fully prioritized during your stay.

This cozy and thoughtfully designed home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds and ample storage, making it ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers.

This home is conveniently located in North Phoenix with easy access to major freeways like the Loop 101 and I-17, making it simple to reach downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Deer Valley, and other nearby areas. You’ll be just minutes from shopping centers, restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions.

While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, having a car is recommended for the most convenience during your stay. The home offers a private driveway and garage for parking, along with free street parking—making coming and going easy and stress-free.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.
-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Couldn't get the tv to operate so I could see CNN. Texted Sasha. No response. Dogs next door barked every day from 4 to 8pm Toaster didn't work. Couch too low. Couch needs lamps on stands on each side. Tried to eat on patio. Flies everywhere. Left a 12 point list of problems. Will not rent thru Sasha again. I will tell my friends about this poor experience.

Remodel is a little old. All problems QUICKLY handled by property manager. This is a duplex. House was 9 miles from Mayo so easy trip back and forth. House was great for us.
