The Good Vibes house is a great place to stay when visiting Springfield. This older home is has many updates and is cozy, stylish and full of good vibes! It is conveniently located near the center of town. It is less than a 10 minute drive to Bass Pro, Missouri State University and downtown Springfield.

This great house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our comfortable beds include queen beds in the first two bedrooms and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

The house was wonderful! Very clean and pleasant place. It felt like home. Welcoming to pets. We loved it. Will be back to Springfield next year and definitely would like to stay there again

Clean, comfortable accommodations and large backyard which our dogs really enjoyed. Hosts not fussy about the place, just left minimal instructions. We were pleasantly surprised to have a Catholic church across the street that made it easy to attend Mass. We appreciated the sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for walking. Nice that it is tucked into a neighborhood but still close to US 65.

Overall, great location and nice place. Notice of stairs in the main details could have been a little more noticeable but once we got in, it was no big deal.Overall, would stay again.

Great Central Location

This was a great property for our extended stay in Springfield. Good central location. The elementary school across street had a great trail for walking and running. The owner communicated well, and the property seems to be well maintained. Would stay here again.David

The house is very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to contact & the “check in” was very easy. We were given great tips on places to fish near nearby & so we went fishing @ Fellows lake, which was great because it’s assessable for handicap & senior citizens.

Very clean and comfortable

Extremely clean with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable with high thread count sheets and thick towels. Fenced yard is suitable for large dogs - there are dogs on the side and behind but it wasn"t an issue for my dogs. Great communication and easy check in.

It was fine

The house was ok. Needs a ton of updates- old and some things need some work- however it was very clean. Neighborhood was ok. It was a short drive to restaurants so that was good. The neighbor’s dog barked ALL night long, so anyone in the back bedroom struggled to sleep. Overall it was just fine, but was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, washer/dryer was good and air conditioner worked spectacularly!!!! So a big plus during hot summer days

It’s a nice stay for one night, but make sure you get cozy with your friends first lol. It has a nice parking garage which was reassuring to us to know the vehicle was safe. We just wish there was a way to know for sure if the door was locked from the inside, so maybe bring a kickstand with if you want an extra layer of assurance! We stood outside and checked and it does lock immediately if you listen for it, but it helps us to be able to see a deadbolt or something like that to help. It’s a tight fit in the bathroom and could have been a little bit cleaner, but for one night it wasn’t bad. For sure bring some fans if you get toasty, we are a very toasty group so extra fans were a must! We brought a tower fan and box fan and had ceiling fans and the AC units going. We slept with the bedroom door open to help circle the air more and either used only the bed sheet to cover up or not cover at all to be cool enough.

Cute house that could use a few more upgrades

The location is off Sunshine and 65 with easy access to 65 Highway, close to restaurants, a Walmart Market, and Sam's Club. The home was clean and was exactly as listed. A few things I would mention that were not on the listing and I assumed would be there but were not. A dishwasher and TVs in the bedrooms. All VRBOs that we have stayed in before (about 2-3 a year) have these accommodations. We made it work. The yard was fenced in the back so our dog was able to be outside safely. All neighboring homes that back up to the yard also have dogs as well. The dogs on the east side of the home barked a lot during the day and early evening but not at night.

Pre-school Grad

This was a 4 day stay to see my granddaughters. The pictures were pretty much accurate. I was disappointed in a few things that is why I gave a 4. 1) I like to sit outside, but the patio furniture was dirty along with bird poop. So was not able to sit outside. 2) no dishwasher so had to rewash silverware/dishes, still dirty. 3)mattress was way to firm/hard at least for me.I did have to purchase cleaning wipes since no daily cleaning supplies were available.There was great communication with hosts. House was clean. For people bringing pets, as I did, which was great. Just heads up there are two dogs on one side and one behind. They are all good dogs that I can tell, but do like to bark, which doesn't bother me. This house does sit on a busy street and can get loud. One nice thing is a big like park with trees across the street to walk the dogs, dogs loved it. I had a decent stay. Check in and out was easy. It was also nice to have coffee supplied.

Perfect for our small family. It was clean and cozy. Angie had everything we needed to have a great weekend get away. We decided to explore a nearby park, hit up a Costco for a few things, check out Bass Pro and visit the zoo after State Wrestling Tourny. Kids ran around the backyard and we got to relax and watch a movie. She is very prompt to return messages and very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we end up back in Springfield!!
