ozone cleaner between stay.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces all in an adorable home just outside of city limits but super easy access to 65 and shopping! Main level features an eat-in kitchen with additional bar seating and a large pantry space and laundry room; living room with coat closet and deck access, primary bedroom with attached bathroom featuring two sinks and a walk-in closet; and two guest bedrooms. The basement provides a family room, the 4th bedroom, full bathroom.access to the extra deep two car garage

This was a great house for our group! The spaces worked well for us, including where our kids thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. the neighborhood was nice and quiet. No major complaints, the only minor suggestion would be more clarity on items not provided such as body wash, dish soap, etc. Overall a great value!

We are thrilled to hear that your group enjoyed the house, the quiet neighborhood, and that the kids had a great time with the ping pong table. ​We would just like to clarify for future guests that we do keep the property stocked with essential supplies. Upon arrival, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and dish soap are provided,and if you run out, guests are responsible for purchasing their own additional supplies. ​Because we want our guests to be relaxed, we made an exception and let them stay until 2:00 PM instead of the standard 11:00 AM check-out time. ​Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we wish you all the best!

So attractive and comfortable; quiet neighborhood; close to attractions. As a split level, several stairs to front door and more stairs within house, except for lower level accessible through garage. Enjoyed stay very much.

Great Stay in Ozark, MO

We had a great stay at this 4 bedroom house. We are a family of 6 with 4 children (ages 16,15,13,8). Great neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and other activities. We were on our way down to Branson for a week long baseball tournament and took a few days prior to enjoy the area. We went to Mansfield to see the Laura Ingalls homestead and also drove back up to Springfield and went to the Zoo. This house was centrally located and activities were not far away. The house was clean and was so nice. We had everything we needed while there. The kids had plenty of room and there was even a few toys for our younger one to play with while we were there. I wish it would have been available for our whole stay in July because I would have preferred to stay here than move on as we had to do since we had to go to my son's baseball. The garage was also available to park in which was a plus. Overall a great place to stay!

Close to Springfield Missouri which we had things we plan on doing there the bass pro shop was amazing as well as convenient to Branson even with gas a little high did not put a damper on our back-and-forth trips.

Extremely tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Extremely tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you need. It's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Short drive to lots of great restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place to stay for a larger family or a group. Cute decorations & cozy bedrooms. We will most definitely be coming back whenever we make a trip to Springfield again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful girls weekend

This home was great for our party of 9 sisters, nieces, great niece and great great niece and a friend. We had everything we needed so no need to communicate throughout the weekend but host was very quick to respond prior to our arrival when I had a question. Will definitely stay again next time!

Cute place

We had a girls trip with besties from college, along with four kiddos under four. There were toys and bunk beds to keep the kiddos busy. There were two living areas. The area downstairs had the tv- furniture wasn’t the most comfortable in the basement living room/bedroom, but the others were great. We didn’t leave the house except to run to Walmart which was nearby. We even had some groceries delivered. It was a great house for a party of our size!

Family meet

This property was exactly as published. It was very clean and in a great location for us! There was plenty of space for our family! Would definitely stay here again! Only thing I’d suggest is outdoor lighting! It was very hard to see as we were up early to load and get on the road!

Disappointing

House was very big and decor lovely, however the house is infested with baby ants all over the kitchen counters, sink, windows, in every bedroom, on the beds along the molding. Not rentable. We were tired and had to leave immediately and contact owners who were already aware of the problem and rented without treating the house first. The husband was very RUDE to deal with. Michaela was very kind and once the problem is rectified it will be a lovely rental but that should have been addressed before renting. Especially when we had small children with us.
