Beautiful two story 3 br 2 b 1,850 sq ft ranch style looking home in one of the safest neighborhoods in south Springfield. It is located about 3 min to the hospital district, 8 min to Battlefield Mall, 12 min to Bass Pro Shops Wonders of Wildlife,15 min to downtown.
Parents will love the split bedroom floor plan with a bonus room for the kids where they can enjoy themselves and parents can enjoy peace and quiet.
There is a fenced backyard with a gas grill, a deck, and beautiful shade trees with room to play.
Please note that there is a camera monitoring front door and driveway.

This is a very cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s set up to feel like home. The kitchen, dining and living area is open which is great for family time. The upstairs is really cool and a perfect layout for the kids. The host is responsive and easy to work with. The next time we come to Springfield we’ll stay here again!!

We had everything we needed for our week long stay in Springfield. The hosts are accommodating and respond timely to all of our questions. We appreciated all the little things that made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do too!

Such a pleasant stay in a quiet community that loves dogs, the kitchen has most everything you need just bring food and your essentials. Check in was more than easy, as well as check out, the place is very clean and the Hosts are more than gracious. I hesitate to write a great review for fear I may never be able to get another reservation if everyone finds this spot :)

Very disappointed when we walked in to find there was only one bedroom on the main floor. The other two bedrooms were both upstairs which was quite the surprise when the description says ranch style house. Ranch style means a single floor. The ceilings upstairs were quite low in several places. The stair railing did not go all the way down to the main floor. It stopped about three stairs short. New flooring had been put over the top of previous floors leaving a transition that was easy to trip on. A couple had transitions strips, but the one going from the bedroom to the hallway did not. The back deck was completely enjoyable, although it needs cleaned and stained.

You checked in early without even asking. You were rude when I called to make sure you were the ones entering the house. Out of close to 400 guests between VRBO and BnB ( 4.98/ 5stars rating) you are the only one to complain about the description. If you would have looked at the pictures or even bothered to ask we would have been happy to make sure you knew it is 2 stories. Your communication seriously needs to be improved as it was non existent prior to arrival. Thanks for your input though I will file it in the appropriate folder!

Wonderful stay

The house is well equipped and actually much larger than expected. The host's communication was outstanding! We enjoyed our week long stay at the home while attending our kids' basketball tournament. The location is great and close to so many amenities. We will be booking again next year! Thank you!

Just like home

Traveling with dogs and finding the right place that you feel safe and comfortable, well this is it. So Many conveniences of home, already for you to step in and have a great time, Garage included!! The hosts are very responsive and helpful, I would recommend to all, but not so many that we can’t get a booking LOL

We travel quite often and prefer VRBO's far over hotels. Because of this, we know what guests want when they stay at a VRBO besides cleanliness. Guests are looking for comfortable beds, a comfortable place to relax, and a well stocked kitchen.
We have done everything we can to provide these amenities. Just to make sure those expectations are met, we make a point of spending time at the VRBOs we host by making sure the beds are comfortable, relaxing in the living room and outdoor space as well as cook a few meals. We hope you enjoy our homes away from home as much as we do!

We love this property because it truly is a FIVE STAR LOCATION! So many places so close--Bass Pro Shops, Wonders of Wildlife, Battlefield Mall, Missouri State University, Finley Farms, Medical Mile, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores--everything you could want. We are right off US Hwy 60, so Branson is an easy 35 minute drive.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is perfect for families or two couples because the bonus room allows for additional privacy. The master bedroom is downstairs completely separate from the two upstairs bedrooms. Our home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac close to everything on the coveted south side of Springfield.
