Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are 25 mins from Kings island and Wilmington. 5 min. from Vally Vinyards. Right in between Dayton and Cincinnati. Mins from canoeing and arts. We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and memorable!!! This is a two unit home, you will have access to the entire main floor unit and the yard.

Everything was great! We just needed a place to stay after spending the day at Kings Island. Close to Kings Island, easy to find, quiet, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick stay. Owners were easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great little secluded home to stay for the weekend! I, along with my brother and a friend, stayed here to go to the Ohio Renaissance Fest which was about a 20 minute drive from the property. The pictures were accurate to the open floor plan. There is a coded lock on the door and deadbolt on the front and back for security. The windows locked and could open easily to let in a breeze. The beds were comfortable and made up nicely. The bathroom had towels supplied and some travel size soap and shampoo in case you forgot yours. The couch and chair were comfortable and the kitchen had a small table with chairs. We cooked some steaks the last night and pans were provided. We ate on the back porch on the patio table and chairs. The host was very responsive and answered all questions. I would very much recommend this place to anyone who is coming to the area!

Not the place I would stay again

Beds and couch is very poor. Some things need to be replaced. It is very buggy and away from everything that we could not get a pizza delivered. But the owner was easy to contact

Great little place to stay

This is a great little place to stay. Expect some noise though as you are across the street from the fire department and on a fairly busy road.

Perfect location, More suited for a family of 4, instead of our 2 Senior couples. Puzzles were a hit for 1 member. Rainy weather kept us from enjoying the deck Coffee maker needs to be replaced.

Clean and cozy

The house was great. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and there was enough seating for all 4 of us.The beds were comfortable. We were close to Lebanon where we ate breakfast and shopped at all the great small businesses. We would stay again!

Awesome overnight stay

Home was very clean and cozy, very easily fit four people. We stayed the night so we could go to kings island in the morning, and it was really nice.

Everything you'll need!

Home was extremely clean with more than enough towels, pillows, and linens! Right on a main road with some traffic noise, but that didn't bother us. We stayed so that we could visit Kings Island and the Hard Rock Casino. Would stay again!

Day 1 on the Ohio to Erie Trail.

We arrived on our bicycles after a warm day of traveling from Cincinnati. The accomodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent.

The house is pretty good, just a little unfinished looking in places. The kitchen is very nice with new looking appliances. But the carpet and couch are a bit warn out. It was clean over all. Our biggest issue was the location. A busy highway was about 20ft from the front door. We have a 3 year old escape artist and had to barricade the door at night. The kids room was also loud at night because of the fast cars on the highway. It has a very large back yard that I kids enjoyed running around in but there was a scrap yard next door.

Will stay again for sure. Gary was very helpful in guiding us to location of nearest store based on we are unfamiliar with the area. Check in was easy. House clean and attractive decor. Full kitchen. Which is a bonus with today's prices of eating out. We didn't cook our eat meals there, due to we ate with my daughter that lives nearby. However the kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms comfortable. Adequate towels in bedrooms and bathroom. We brought towels because sometimes I have allergies to detergent. The area had little gems, of things to do. Canoeing, we didn't attend these activities but we will next time we go. Bathroom clean, plenty of hot water and shower pressure was good, i really enjoyed our stay even though we basically just slept there. The only thing I would like to have before we start again, is all windows have blinds on all windows except kitchen. Maybe just some curtains on those windows would be nice. I felt like someone could see me, without them. However this is a excellent place to stay. Thank you

Small town home

This house was great and in a beautiful small town. It was a short drive to Cincinnati. We had a great time in Morrow and wished we would have know aboit the canoe rentals and the trail.
