Relájese en este retiro de Swan River mientras las mareas entran y salen. Disfrute de las vistas de múltiples ventanas del río y el pantano. Pesca, toma el sol o lanza tu kayak desde el muelle privado de 60 pies. Identifique la vida silvestre en su hábitat natural: halcones, aves marinas y aves más pequeñas que se posan en la cubierta para alimentarse.

Disfrute de todas las comodidades en este rancho completamente renovado, decorado en estilo náutico con pisos de madera laminada en todas partes. Descansa en la espaciosa sala de estar / cocina debajo del techo abovedado. Acomódese en la sala familiar para construir un rompecabezas, leer o mirar televisión. Escápese a la suite principal con cama doble, jacuzzi para dos personas, baño con ducha, TV y terraza con vista al río. Un dormitorio de invitados tiene cama de matrimonio, las otras literas gemelas y baño de visitas con bañera completa. Una ducha exterior completamente cerrada ofrece bañarse bajo las estrellas.

Honeymoon Stay

We had wonderful views of the Swan river. We felt we were secluded, but were in walking distance of Rte 28. We were centrally located and were able to see much of the Cape.We were able to enjoy the beach, see a play and go on a sunset cruise. It’s exceeded all of our expectations.The rental was extremely well maintained and equipped. This was a gem.

Perfect Place!

A great place for our family - 2 college age kids, me, and my husband. The location was perfect, the house was very clean and so many places were in walking distance or a short drive. Being able to walk out onto the dock and take a kayak down Swan River was the highlight for me on our last day. We loved our whole vacation and the hosts were awesome. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway!

We had such a great time at this Cape house on the Bass River. The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed—it really felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t believe how close it was to everything we wanted to do—restaurants, shops, and activities were all just minutes away. The river in the backyard was beautiful, and we loved watching the birds and swans every day. The hosts were very accommodating and always available if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back next year for more family fun!

Relaxing River Stay

Stayed at this lovely home earlier this year. Stayed on the Cape, the Vineyard, and Chappy many times. First time in Dennis and our stay was great in this riverfront home. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Absolutely loved the view during breakfast on the deck, and daily kayaking on the river. Birdwatchers will love it. Can leave your own kayaks at home. We will be back, thank you!

Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and bedding, beautiful river view. Rained almost our entire trip but we were warm and cozy inside with our son, DIL, and grands making memories!

Nicely appointed house. Very comfortable. Great views of the Swan River and all of the wildlife it offers. Centrally located between Chatham and Yarmouth/Barnstable. Good restaurants near by. We will definitely go there again!

Absolutely AMAZING

We came to stay here for my birthday, and it was gorgeous right off the bat. The place was so clean, so comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The private dock was the perfect place to just vibe out and have fun with my partner and my friend. This is the perfect vacation destination!! If you're debating booking this place, DO NOT HESITATE!! It is SO WORTH IT. Thank you so much to the owners for giving me the best birthday vacation residence possible!

Family vaca

What an adorable property! Comfy, cozy with such an awesome view of the water. (The water is actually closer than it appears in the photos). We loved watching the birds in the yard at the feeders. The baby loved watching the swan and the geese on the water from the deck. The neighborhood is very quiet and the area is very walkable which we loved! We went to the Sea Street beach which was very nice and very close. The location on the Cape was great! We were close to the ferry for Nantucket and not too far from the ferry to the Vinyard. It was only about an hour to Provincetown which was a nice day trip. We were very close to the bike trail and that was a beautiful ride. We would definitely come back and stay at this property again. Kelly was very responsive and so very nice! I can’t say enough about our stay! Thank you Kelly, Steve and Michael!!

Celebrating retirement

My sister and I decided to take my third sister a celebration weekend at her retirement. The house was great as was the check in process… Great spot to explore Cape Cod.

Comfortable, Scenic, and Calming!

We are three friends and colleagues for 50 years. What a lovely accomodation for our mini-reunion. The home is cozy, immaculate, well appointed and charming. The location is peaceful and shady. The river view is wonderful! The TV 's were a challenge for we "older" folk, but we figured it out. The host, could not be nicer! 5 Stars!

Lovely Swan River Retreat!

This cottage is one of the best rentals we have ever had! The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished but not fussy. We were a party of 6 older adults and there was plenty of comfortable seating with views of the river. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, eating together, doing puzzles, watching movies (brought our own dvd player) playing games. There was plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms. The appliances worked well and were modern. The bedrooms were very comfortable and serene. The houses are close together on the street but looking out back you would never know it. Just a splendid view of sunrises over the river. Loved watching egrets, swans, mergansers, and kingfisher along with familiar backyard birds. Kate was so helpful and attentive - the perfect hostess. We hope to come back!

Nice and peaceful

We had a great relaxing weekend here. House is very comfortable and well equipped. Kids enjoyed the games and we enjoyed the puzzles. The sunrise is amazing, and I could sit and watch the water for hours. One note: the master bedroom is not well heated and was colder than the rest of the house. That was not a big issue for us, as we went there only to sleep.

Fabulous location, immaculate home

We watched the sunrise over the water every morning, and the moon every evening. From the deck, we watched swans, egrets, great, blue heron, green heron, kingfishers, cormorants, and a variety of backyard birds at the feeder. The kitchen was well equipped for the nights we ate in, and there were fabulous restaurants within 20 minutes in any direction. We’ll be back!!

Great spot on the river in Dennis!

The location of this riverfront cottage can not be beat. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the beautiful river views. Although the location was central and convenient to the Cape, the home and surrounding area were peaceful and private. The cottage decor was even more impressive than in the online photos. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

Beautiful place on the water

This was a beautiful and clean house with a really remarkably lovely view of the Swan River. A group of college friends and I needed a place to stay for the weekend. This house had plenty to do for the pre-teens among us, while also having lots of places for the grownups to sit and talk. The location was perfect - everything close by - and it was a great pleasure to be able to explore the channels of the river. The house was super-clean and well-equipped and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Would totally stay again!

Lovely house

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the house. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and feeling of being surrounded by nature, and yet just a couple minutes walk from Kream and Kone, Dunkin', and many other stores. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans -- we had everything we needed. Overall a lovely house. Would definitely stay there again!

Easy access to many great attractions on Cape Cod. Walk or Bike to the beach, just over a mile away. Or stay right at the house and enjoy the spectacular views from almost every room in the house! You will be delightfully content with a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the deck watching the wildlife, river and boat traffic
The interior of the house is spacious with an open floor plan and great natural light. It is decorated in a nautical style with many unique family heirlooms.
